| I'd appreciate if some of you would take some time to answer these two questions in detail: 1) What are your biggest needs in terms of an anime list management tool? Think globally, not necessarily just in terms of features. 2) What are your biggest issues concerning current options (i.e. MAL and other databases, spreadsheets, whatever else you can think of). Think of it as brainstorming, any idea is welcome, and the more, the better (but please keep the scope in mind). For example (and this is the reason I am posting this in this Club) I see the biggest problem in MAL as being the lack of rigor and consistency in maintaining the data, especially when it comes to shorts. AniDB does some things better, but also has consistency issues and it is very incomplete. My most important need is synchronizing with databases (so I don't have to do all the maintenance work myself) while being able to change any piece of data I want. |
