Cowboy Bebop. Our damned universe refuses to let me watch it. Back when it aired pretty regularly on Toonami/Adult Swim, I tried 4 times to watch it but ALWAYS started on that goddamn monkey-virus episode.

Code Geass

Evangelion

Ghost In the Shell

Naruto

FMA 2003

Gundam (aside from Wing and G Gundam)

I've been meaning to watch Cowboy Bebop, but I've never actually gotten around to it. I haven't watched Evangelion, either. I watched the first and second movies that have recently come out, but that's about it. I haven't seen Akira or Ghost in the Shell, either. I know this sounds bad, but the crisp animation from new shows like Fate/Stay Night attract me more than those of the old shows. Not saying that the old shows are bad. It's just difficult to get around to watching them when there are newer things with nice visuals (even if their stories are mundane)

Uhhhh... Galaxy Express 999, Touch (is that 'really popular'?), Hokuto no ken and Jojo come to mind. Also, I kinda feel bad, as a mecha fan, for not having seen any Mazinger series...

this topic is disheartening to me
"If you tremble with indignation at every injustice, then you are a comrade of mine"

When the union's inspiration through the workers' blood shall run
There can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun
Yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one
For the Union makes us strong

In priority order:

Outlaw Star
Slayer
Maison Ikkoku
Gundam
Patlabor
Utena
LOGH

I dunno if they were popular in their time, been wanting to watch those but my bandwidth is limited. Someday, someday.

Inuyasha - I really haven't seen an episode in my life, not sure if I'll watch it anyway.

Dragon Ball, even if a lot of my friends say it's their childhood I never liked it for some reason and I probably never will because it doesn't seem interesting to me.
