| In my opinion, not that you have to take it off course, but i think if they have purple hair that seems to be closer to Blue(as in people would mistake it for blue), then add them, not many people would make too much of a fuss really. Purely purple on the other hand, thats for another club altogether. |
| the main problem are the missleading artworks, since its quite often not clear to identify the color, or different pictures using different colors. My analyse of Kotomi was quite fun, since not even photoshop could clearly identify the color from the novel GCs, without the scans in the kotomi fanclub gallery I would cleary say something between purple and lavender, but in the gallery are without a doubt a few pictures where she has blue hair. Personally I still would think lavender or something like that *lol* But you got the point I guess, it differs here and there; not just Kotomi but surely some more characters. |
| I only thought that Eureka should be added after I saw that other characters that could be said to have teal hair were added. Perhaps it should be determined by the amount of blue that makes up the color? If you use photoshop or some other imaging program you can sample the color and see what components make it up and decide from there. For example teal is generally 50 percent blue and 50 percent green but can go slightly either way. Does the blue need to be over 50 percent or just the dominant color? If a scale could be decided then it would make it easier to determine. I would recommend using an RGB scale and not a CMYK scale since for this purpose it would work better. |

| First real admin work for me ^_^ Mahoro: after I looked @ the manga-arts and first episode of Season 2 (S1 DVD isn´t working for some reason o_o) I´d say it´s a bit more purple, but many scans from minitokyo say blue. For now I´ll handle it like Kotomi and add her, since there sure are MANY pictures with blue hair of her. | After quite some delay (sry about that, RL issues + sickness >.<), I finally added the suggestions of "xhx" to the list, with exeption to: Air~ Yukito Kunisaki <--- I´d say it´s light gray Kage Kara Mamoru!~ kagemori mamoru <--- more dark gray Some others like Hecate and Nanase were already on it. There are a few were I weren´t entirely sure but photoshop said that blue is in it too, so I added them for now. Like always, all decisions aren´t final and can be removed at any time if it makes sense^^ @Yoha: *added* |
