| This was a great episode, I could better understand the personality of some characters mainly the heroin, she is much more interesting than I thought, I too liked this casualness of Megumi The other girls of the club appear to have already feelings for Tomoya, then I am very curious about the development of the story, but I already think Megumi may be among the best girls of the season .. |

| "What emotion or idea you try to convey." Well, when the show spells out its flaw I don't know what to say but my avatar says it better than any words. That's what happen when your hero is just a dedicated otaku without depth or interesting personality and acting like an idiot the whole time, I've seen many otaku more subtle than him. Btw I don't buy in the "Kato has no personality" thing, come on besides that blond twin-tail tsundere and stocking-wearing long black hair haraguroi Kato is the most interesting character, it loses some of the surprises right away when your heroine is definitely not generic in just the first two episodes. The whole thing is now just a punchline. Finally some VN references and punchlines, I hope there will be more once they start the pre-production. |

| That was one boring episode. So much uninteresting talking & the pacing felt so slow. And the protagonist starting to get on my nerves. He was talking too much useless thing, reminded me of Tatsuya from Mahouka. To be quite frank, the "boring girlfriend" Kato was not boring at all. It's actually the protagonist who bored me. | Kato is really spot on with the monotone "generic" girl characteristic. I like how the show really emphasizes her trait by minimizing her focus in the show and when she does show some emotion, she kinda stands out. Bonus points for the moe clumsy maid in the background for emphasizing the idea. |

| God, The main character (the guy) is so annoying, I mean sure you are trying to portray an otaku, but this is over exaggeration. I would love for romance development of ALL the girls, not just one. Kaoru is a pretty chill girl, I have to admit that lol. However, I am still an Utaha fan lol.... I just wish he tuned down his annoying attitude |

| Gotta love Megumi's deadpan and stealth personality. I had to skip some scenes at the restaurant because of Aki's loud voice. It was annoying. Funny how it focuses on the clumsy waitress while he was talking. Funny episode. It had me giggling and smiling at their conversations. Having two of the most beautiful girls in school with him makes me a bit jealous. |

| So far so very good. This series isn't pandering and twisting characters out of sorts for comic or service relief. I was a little scared when I watched episode 0, but so far it looks like this won't be a service-driven series. Which is great, because I actually find the character interactions to be genuinely amusing. It isn't that the characters are unique; I think it's still possible to fit them into rough categorizations. But it's the fact that they deviate just enough from the conventional mold and that they mix so well together that make this series so enjoyable. Katou unintentionally dead-panning everything everyone else is saying is great comedy in and of itself. Definitely a breath of fresh air for this rather underwhelming season. |

| That waitress though. I'm liking Megumi's attitude. She's the typical girl, which I don't have any problems with. Tomoya's say in all that, and after that all-nighter playing that dating sim, has been rewarded with Megumi joining his circle. Good job. |
| This is the one winter series I always had faith in from the moment of announcement, glad to see it's exceeding even my expectations. | Tomoya's scream at around 7:34 was hilarious, as well as the clumsy waitress who kept getting the customers order wrong. XD The series has been very good so far. Tomoya and Kato make a great duo, Tomoya with his overreacting and Kato with her monotone responses. Intense foot-fight between Eriri and Utaha. No messing with those two! O_O |

It looks like Aki is still in the pursuit of creating the perfect 2D heroine out of Kato, even going out his way to show her what he expects with the whole Dear Memories play through. Whenever a VN is played in an anime it always manages me to crack up, though I don't know why. I almost died when Aki bawled his eyes out on a specific sentimental moment. |

| I love the banter between Utaha and Eriri, they really know how to push each other's buttons XD Man, I just love Kato's calm and flat personality!She too, knows how to retort to every absurdity that Aki spout on her... I also love how they always portray her in the background too. I lol when the dojiko waiter was focused more than her, not even Chihiro from TWGOK got that kind of treatment XD Best thing is they did a SHAFT style to portray her on the bedroom scene. BEST GIRL NO DOUBT! PS: That dying noise Aki made during the last second of the episode was pure gold! Well done Matsuoka, he's seriously much better at doing comedy than things like SAO. His Kantoku chara from Denki Gai Honya-san was great too. |

| We pretty much watched a tsukkomi and boke episode... well what makes it different is that the tsukkomi has the tone of the boke (Kato) and the boke sounds like a tsukkomi (Aki)... which made it fun to watch. Kato has the patience of a saint. >.< |

| I take back what I said back in ep 0 about Utaha being the best girl. Or okay, maybe she still but those aren't always the most fun to watch and I if this episode's anything to go by, Kato's gonna be the star of the show. Well, she's supposed to be a main heroine anyway :P |

| I'm frankly liking Megumi a lot, at first I thought that the obvious choice for the best girl was Utaha but I'm actually reconsidering it now. Also, not really much fanservice this episode around, I'm a bit surprised. |
