| I read Men's Kou recently and really enjoyed it, so now I'm really curious about Joou no Hana – and also because I believe there is entirely too little good adventure shoujo manga in this world. Youkai Watch was a given I think, considering it was one of the top 10 phrases in Japan this year... |

| I've seen Aoi Honoo around for a while but sadly it isn't licensed or scanlated so I haven't been able to get around to it. Hopefully this award draws some attention to it so that it might be picked up. Congrats to all the other winners as well. |

| I could totally see some people not knowing most of these since they aren't even remotely otaku things, but I would imagine most people would be familiar with Yokai Watch by now. |
