Login issues (too many failed attempts or can't stay logged in) / forbidden messages (403 no permission to access this page)
| I couldn't access any MyAnimeList page and it gave me an error saying I have no permission to access the page. (both for mainsite, clubpage and my own profile). This was fixed after removing the cookies. Link to official announcement Mod Edit: Modified title for clarity and/or easier searching. |

| Hello, I have a problem. Normally, I use Mozilla Firefox, but since yesterday's maintenance the page shows me that I have denied access from Mozilla (now I'm writing through Explorer) and the page is labeled as '403 forbidden'. Does anybody know what to do in this case? |

| Unfortunately for me it just locks me out after a few page clicks and i have to clean cookies etc again. Hopefully things will get fixed. |
| I had the same problem but yes it lifted once you cleared the cookies. |

| Yeah I also got the delete cookies/2 hour ip block, but a bit over two hours later I was able to log in successfully. EDIT: Still occasionally getting the cookies induced logout. |

| I need to remove the "always stay logged in" or else it will not let me in, it'll just refresh the login page when I click "log in". And then it lets me in for a while and kicks me out randomly |

That will be great. Btw, did the new owners made a MyAnimeList LLC company after buying Mal? It also gives no claims to that company being owned by some other company. So did they let Mal be an interdependent company or they just don't want to say any more about themselves? |

They just moved servers, they didn't implement anything, and they still deal with the problems that arose from the move, e.g. list export, reviews posting, login issues etc. And even then there is still img bbcode issue that needs to be taken care of first |

| Has anyone else tried other browsers yet? I'm only using Firefox and Chrome and both seems to have the random errors every now and then. |

| Add me to the pile of people that can't log in, I am only able to do so now because of the "forgot password" function and logging in through that. Twice this happened to me now even when I use the correct password! |
| Happened to me as well. I also tried to export my manga list - no success. Got this error: Unsuccessful export. Try again or contact Xinil on the forums. |
