Mabinogi, to a certain extent.
Be thankful for the wisdom granted to you.

Sucks that FFXIV is a pay monthly model. Especially in the world of F2P and B2P models.

If you just do skill grinding and forego any extra Nao stones that aren't bought w/ saga coupons or from events then I guess yeah. It used to be almost pay to play from what I heard, but it's changed a lot. IDK I haven't been there too long. Still, it does feel like there's a lot of things you kinda will need some sort of money on unless you want to spend an eternity doing it, or getting strong enough to do such/enough gold to forego the need of directly buying NX.

Still, it's playable w/o spending cash but if you want to actually look good then more like dump your wallet ENDLESSLY on gach and pray you get something good that will actually sell--Not that such a thing applies right now considering the markets pretty screwed up from the winter sales.

I'm totally not salty about Black Friday's sales what are you talking about?

Ditto on Guild Wars 2, but don't know if it's grindy enough.

Mabinogi comes pretty close. Very grindy (you need years to be OP), and although there is some pay2win rolling options for weapon enhancements, it's not that significant unless you want to be some sort of kirito.

Warframe. I haven't spent a dime on it and I have sick weapons.

Warframe is kind of pay to win since people can pay to get all the cool weapons and armour faster then the people trying to grind them.

I second this highly

wasted 200 hours of my life with it and did not look back since its mainly grinding for everyone.

Wildstar isn't exactly grindy as there is a lot of things to do (which arguably is a good thing, no?), and it's not pay to win, anything you can buy with real money you can get with in-game currency as well.

PlanetSide 2. You can get any weapon without paying, except ones that only visually differ from already unlockable weapons. Basically, only visual things are exclusive to payers and you still can get some of them by grinding. It's fair game imo.

Even people who pays have to grind for the best equipment in Warframe, definitely not a pay to win. One of the best F2P MMO currently available imo.

This is correct - p2w doesn't really apply here since you're not essentially competing with other players nor you're getting an advantage that f2p players can't get.
Not to mention that platinum (the currency you pay for) is obtainable through trading even if you're f2p.

I've spent exactly $0 and I've used over 1000 platinum so far.
