| Damn that was fucked up. Who the hell uses a puppy as a bomb??? Haha I think I'm in shock. Also, Casshans battery is weak af. He charged up the entire day then had to stop fighting after 30 seconds. Kinda pathetic, not gonna lie. But I know why they did it, to have the puppy explode... This show is really episodic. Like filler, I guess. Very Saturday Morning cartoon vibes. But the animation of the explosion was cool. For this being 49 years old that animation was slick, with the spinning red clouds. Also the city being Mexica City... Very original haha |
| Another "humans are awful" story, can't decide if the show wants to be pro- or anti-humans since we see is nothing but hubris and very little "for all mankind" fighting spirit. |
