The series bears some similarities to World Teacher as both protagonists skilled in fighting die a later age and reincarnated with plans of becoming a teacher. What makes this series different is that the main character reincarnates in his same world, this time as an elf that has a much longer lifespan. Though it is not the focus, I did like the romantic comedy of him and his now older disciple.
