| I always used to sleep on one, however now being given two and being able to sleep on both, I use both of them. Tbh I think it hurts my spine and neck by doing so, but I've gotten used to using two pillows now, and at least it squashes my arm less. I tried using a pillow in between my feet a few times, but it just feels uncomfy. |
