| I haven't seen this since 2005 or so but it's the lowest rated series on anime news network. Is it that bad if you don't compare it that much with the more teenage/adult based series? |

| It's pretty terrible. It was cool as a kid's show but holy heck it has no depth whatsoever. The plot is nonsensical and the characters are just silly. It's kinda fun to watch. |

| @EvenJellyOn I'm 50 eps into this, and I've seen most of the worst 100 TV types on MAL at this point. Honestly, it's not as bad as most of them in plotting (though it is a bit of a mess and some things pop out of nowhere) and characterisation. The dialogue is full of references and is generally bad: but it does have it's moments and everything fits with the characters. The voice acting is below average but not wooden or blank and fits for a kid's show. Largest issue is the animation: 3D CGI should not have been attempted in 2003. It's not good, but it's certainly not bad either. |
