It didn't strike me as being too difficult in the beginning at least. But I never finished it, so it might have gotten more brutal later on.

Crysis-WarHead... I beated it on the highest difficulty and it was a complete nightmare. Other one I expended countless hours on was Mass Effect, which can be really tough on some players not used to shooters/rpgs (of course playing on hard).

Learn to use your suits abilities together. Crysis is one of the easiest games IMO.

CONTRA seiries... so hard as f*ck that i just have known recently that they have released another version titled Super C.

Guilty Gear - so many half circle, 360 degress and up rotations that's just too hard to chain :(

I will not name games that are hard because they're broken.

I'll go with Shinobi on the PS2 and any of the Ninja Gaiden games.

In some respects, Tetris is a hard puzzle game once you get the speed going. But I still play it despite that fact, so yeah...

Devil May Cry 3 was probably the hardest game I've ever played. I've only ever seen the first cutscene. :(

It's not too bad. Iron Knuckles are a pain in the ass, but there aren't many difficult enemies.

Occasionally you get stuck not knowing where to go, but there are hints for everything you need to do in the game - although some of the hints are nonsensical and/or badly translated.

It's no worse than burning every tree in the freaking game until you find the hidden entrance to the 8th Dungeon in the first Zelda.

Welllllllll... I don't usually play games, but yeah.
I put it on the shelf to play it again next time,
coz' I'm in a hard part. Of course, that's why there's cheat sites...
I would go there && check it up.
But no, I haven't had any games so difficult to play.
That's probably because my games are pretty darn easy >3>

The only games I hate are verse games.
Not sure what they're spefically called but something like Dragon Ball Z.
Or Naruto, or Soul S--- something.

I wasn't good at "Ghouls n Ghosts" at all.
Guardian Legend was very tough too. I don't think I can play it again, despite it being awesome. *needs more time to think on some others*

there is Kaizo Mario...

You had to defuse bombs and at the same time dodge electrical seaweed, all that with a 2:30 minutes time limit.

E.T. on the GBA. That whole bike flying part where you have to avoid running into trees and houses and other shit is freakin' impossible. I spent an hour trying to get past that level and just ended up using a cheat to move on the the last level.

Oh also, Top Gun for the NES. I never could get past the whole landing the plane on the ship part. XP

I really hope you're joking. Seriously, there's no 360's in Guilty Gear. The harder you're gonna get with inputs are multiple half circles for some moves and a couple of charge characters. Now, if we speak about Guilty Gear's mechanics, now that's something completely different.

Anyways, on topic. God Hand on Die Difficulty. It just gets ridiculously hard.

The hoverboard is a pain on one's first run, indeed. Yet I found MM8 the easiest of the classic Mega Man lot, even more than MM6.

I'd try to do it myself... but finding a damn PS3 copy of the game in stores these days is practically freaking impossible and I'd rather not pay like £30 for it if I can help it since I've seen it once before for quite a bit less. Should've picked it up then <_<. Also, damn you 360 for having a better cover than our version, ours is boring.

F-Zero GX's Story Mode was brutal... especially on Hard Mode.

Unfortunately I lost my mem card somewhere but I don't think I ever plan on dusting off my GameCube/Wii and attempting it again lol.

Tell me about it! It got to the point of being extremely frustrating, but I eventually beat every mission on Hard Mode.

It's not just the Story Mode though, that game on Expert/Master was almost impossible, I never won all cups in every difficulty mode.

There are quite a few, but the most recent one is Operation Darkness. I'm still shocked I beat it with my brother. That game was pain (yet I feel as if I actually have something accomplished now :P)

Oh, and about GX, I love F-Zero, so it didn't bother me that much as much as other people. It was incredibly difficult though XD
