| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That was tense for an episode flashback. Seems like the police are having more trouble than ever but not just against Kaito. Seems like the new threat has pretty good thieving skills; imo not on par with with Kait's dad but still decent with that ability to avoid security and dodging the laser beam traps. Nice. |

| Mother already talked for a long time and not done? lol. Yet another not wanted treasure again, but there's a note. With becoming childhood girl too often, someone is suspecting the police guy. Introducing Phantom Lady, who was Kaito's mother in her story, to Kaito through an enemy. She got into trap like childhood girl, but they ran away together and made "her" disappear. I cannot wait to find out what Kaito in disguise as the police would do as it ended as cliffhanger. Conan?! |

| The gang that was after Kaitou this episode did a better investigation than what Inspector Nakamori's squad have done so far (and will ever do). Nice seeing the backstory from 18 years ago. Kaitou's dad was one smooth guy. Loved how he escorted Phantom Lady out and in process, took away her heart as well. Hard to believe that Phantom Lady is actually Kaitou's mom now. Kaitou Kid is facing a similar situation, but a little tougher. Akako will probably help him out somehow. Good episode. I see Conan makes his appearance next week. Should be another interesting case. |

| That was a great episode. The original specials didn't cover this story so it was completely new for me. Touichi is probably the coolest dad ever. Can't wait for Conan characters next week :D |

| Dat long story doe... Dat dupe from Kaito doe XD. Ohoo, someone was taking pictures of Kaito in his Aoko disguise and it seems they've mistaken her for his ally... LOL, those guys have the worst logic I've seen in a long time... saying that the mastermind is Nakamori who made Aoko take on his old role as Kaitou Kid... epic fail... Invitation eh... I guess that's a trap... Dat misunderstanding doe... I guess that "The Phantom Lady" was his mother in the past XD. Kaitou's parents sure were awesome back when they were young :o Dat kiss doe :3 I can't wait to see how they'll get out of this mess and it seems it's time for Conan and the gang to make their appearance. |

| Kaito made Aoko one of his accomplice just by using her face. I hope they won't target her for that. So that's why his mom won't shut up about that love story of hers. Got some flashbacks from 18 years ago. How Kaito's parents met in Paris. What an unforgettable memory it was for Kaito's mom. Detective Conan's gonna come next episode. That should be good. |

| Toichi is cheesy as hell but one can't deny that charm, lol. Does make it sound like he became Kaitou Kid as a backup rather than as an intention or is he always that calm and smooth? I think I know why Gosho killed him off. Dude is too OP. I want an ep Toichi as Kid vs Shinichi's dad because that'd be the best thing ever. |
