| 2007 for me. None of the critically acclaimed shows really clicked for me much, (Gurren Lagann was average at best, annoyingly over-the-top at worst, I completely detested Baccano, and Clannad was just....enjoyable I guess) sequels were made which shat all over their respective original, actually decent shows (Shana S2, Naruto Shippuden) and there was School Days which is self-explanatory. |
 Woah. I was never a detractor of newer anime, but my malgraph apparently says so. 2013 worst year. Could be because I watched more anime on that year. |
| This year was pretty bad. Last year I had 2 anime that cracked 9/10s. This year the highest score I've given out is 7/10. |

| Mnn... MALGraph is telling me 2005, so I'm just going to throw that into 2006. Sometimes I look at certain anime and actually say, "Wow, this looks very... 2006". I avoid those anime a lot for some reason. Things before 2005? Hey, sure. 2006? No. 2007 and onward? Hey, sure. Not too sure why 2006 rubs me the wrong way. I see some good stuff came out that year... along with the good old anime "rite of passage". I'll just blame it on the lack of NaruSasu. #47 |

| either 2010 or 2014 but I haven't watched the best shows of 2014 yet so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and go with 2010. I thought 2012 was an excellent year, guess people are a bit divided on it |

| 2007 for me. Nothing good that year except Shakugan no Shana II, plus it was the year they released School Days, one of the biggest pieces of anime garbage I've ever seen. |
