Anime with male character that is very OP/strong (effortlessly win fights, destroy people, etc;)?

Basically someone who has the ability to just smack anyone down without effort. The character must be the male protagonist of the series, he must be strong from the start (no adventure to get stronger), he can't have a catalyst (something that makes him go to OP mode). He can come as a shock to other characters (like Trigun or Chrome Shelled Regios when they find out who they really are or what they're capable of). He can NOT be hated by everyone in the series (sort of like Demon King Diamo). However he can hate himself for a past mistake he made in his life (like Chrome Shelled Regios) or because of his failure as a child (Kaze no Stigma). And i don't mean smart like a character is super strong because he's smart (Steins Gate). The character can also like not give a damm about anything (like Kazuma from Kaze no Stigma)

For you tl;dr people... OP character, no catalyst, strong from start, past regrets are optional, must be Male.

Oh big note here: No OP females.... i've seen enough, i don't need a male damsel in distress... There can be a strong female but can't be as strong as the guy (I didn't like how Nina was trying to become layfon in CSR... one does not simply match a Heaven's Blade Wielder's strength)

Alucard from hellsing/ hellsing ultimate. Although he has 'levels' of sort that he releases to become more even more powerful.
