| Aside from Saber vs Lancer, and 2 minutes of Saber vs Berserker, there are no fight scenes. Its all just 2 servants shit talking each other, then either leaving, or one of them crumpling over from getting one shot. I dont really consider that a fight scene... do you? |

Its just that, for example, the "Archer vs Rider" "Fight Scene" For an example of what an actual fate fight scene looks like, watch the prologue. |

I'm DESPERATELY trying to decide if i should stop with the fate route and keep going with the UBW anime, or read UBW first. I'd also like to address the fact that I have in no way ever said the Fate/Stay Night anime is bad. I said it will likely finish with an 8.70-8.90 on mal, which is actually praising it. |

| Well thats another discussion for another thread. I made this thread more to hear peoples opinions on what they see as fight scenes, when its more just monologue battles. I might be wrong, I don't know everything. Maybe another poster has the magic explanation that will show me what im not seeing. |
| Well, with Kiritsugu being......himself the chances of many full blown fights are drastically cut down. Also, my fellow fans who are more familiar with Urobuchi seem to think he is not that great at writing action scenes. So, if anything, I expect most Priests to agree with you. We'll see, if they wander in here. |

| The action overall, fight scene or not, is pretty terrible in this series imo except for very very few instances or scenes. Animation quality and production values, makes it tolerable. The choreography is almost non-existent so I agree that there is really not many fight scenes. |

I think most Priests, including myself, prefer Fate/stay night but Fate/Zero is still a very good series I think. I don't want to spoil anything, but the tone the series has was absolutely necessary because of what you learn throughout Fate/stay night. If that is what you are referring to. |

| I tabulated it up once. Approximately 9% of the entire runtime of Fate/Zero is spent on fighting. Make of that what you will, but 9% is more than 0%, so as far as the title of the thread is concerned, you're wrong.
