| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol, they didn't waste time with the fan service this episode. Pretty much an introduction episode of Ange with the other girls. The mecha look silly tbh with the bike-like model. There's also flashback which I think we'll probably get a lot of that throughout the entire course of this show. Oh boy, that ending....CROSS ANGE STYLE. >Dead. Didn't take that long to kill off a character already heh. |

| The Norma have it rough, losing eyes, limbs and dying from being shot in half in battle, it's a death sentence. Well we have a new kill em all series this season that's for sure and the dragon type organisms look quite cool. I don't like that the ecchi and yuri is censored yet we see Ange's new friend die on screen in all it's bloody glory and I don't like how it was presented, it's that "death presented for shock factor deal". |

| For some reason Japanese animators really liked to use forced acronyms. Maybe they think that's cool...... This is definitely the Valvrave of the season. We are already into fights, and a girl who are destined to die got chopped in half immediately, as expected. What's up with that censored Yuri scene? Either do it to the fullest extreme or don't put it in. I don't like half-done fan service. But I will keep watching a few more episode to see how it turned out to be. | Oh shit. As I thought. Cross Ange is filled with Yuri, Since no Male MC (Yet)... (And I totally want the BDs now!) So Ange was above average on her simulation test? Well it's expected since she's the captain on a game. And Hell they are now in the real battle after that simulation. And Ange trying to escape? Damn! poor Coco! R.I.P. in pieces! |

| I laughed so hard at that end narration: "This weeks's story was terrible!" Yes I agree! LOL! I love yuri. Yuri is life. Yuri is love. But this kind of yuri is just... I don't want to put it on-hold because I don't want to break my 6-episode rule for 2-cours. Ugh. |

| I'm kinda amazed that they managed to keep everyone just as unlikable as the people in the first episode, especially the mc...except of course the one girl who gets brutally murdered at the end. This show seems catered to the masochistic type...but pure boredom will get me through at least one more episode I guess. |

| Ange is fascinating me and irritating me at the same time. Why? Because I know that she'll grow up despite that she threw Coco's pudding for her at the trash can. Doesn't she knows that puddings are delicious? :/ But censored fanservice, brutal death scene. Sasuga Sunrise. I'm still enjoying this anime so much, plus the yuri scene that is unnecessary. |

| Hmm..It seems our main has a harsh time facing reality. It may seem slightly irritating but considering how she grew up, her age etc is not that weird. I guess poor innocent nice girl with huge death flag was put there to die so our main can start facing the truth of the situation. | was alright. though the series is struggling with keeping a serious tone. music was very unfitting when she was introduced to everyone in her squad, especially when she was downtalking norma again. man ange was brought up in some perfect life bubble the attempted rape does not help changing ange's view of normas. so that is where the black bars went after black circles took over for them in terra formars. |

| Haha, well that was quite an episode. Amazingly enough, I somehow found Ange to be tolerable enough for me (though I guess I simply expected the worst and it didn't quite reach that for me). xD Now that yuri scene...nb. That is all. In all seriousness though, it should be interesting to see how Ange changes from her spoiled-brat attitude to someone with more humility. That brutal death of Coco should get the ball rolling. |

| I have mixed feelings about this anime and I can't help to think that the officer is really shitty if she thought it's a good idea to put a person like Angelise into team-based combat. I hope the character finally wakes up and starts to become at least tolerable, or I won't be able to take all of this bullshit any longer. It would be also great if they didn't put so much attention to sexual harassment and/or possible rape. I really don't see how raping her will make her understand her current situation. Personally I'd rate it 2/5. |

I thought nobody could beat Grisia, Twintails or JOHJ as the worst trainwreck this season, or Mahouka in terms of being the worst anime this year.. and then comes Cross Ange and manages to shit on all of them in a meager 2 episodes. | I can understand Ange a bit. A girl who once have everything has lost everything and wants to get it back. Sadly for her, it will never come back. Coco's death must be have shock her so much, and the other girls now hate her seeing how she's getting beaten up. It also tells the viewer that there'll be more bloody deaths to come. It's not a bad episode, but I think I'll pass for now and probably watch it again there's more episode available...If I like it. |

This censoring... couldn't her hand just cover the nipple instead of blacking out half the screen? And then this isn't censored at all.  Well I can live with this, as long as the action scenes stay uncensored it's fine. Just sad how awfully obvious they had to make the censoring. |

| I was just watching this thinking "wake the F up Ange" If you don't you're going to get yuraped. Kind of feel though that the make or break of this anime will be around at episode 5.. currently it's seriously offensive, but It seems justifiable. You have an island filled with "norma" who are treated like livestock then suddenly you have some pompous rich girl being all racist even though she's the same.. I mean who wouldn't want to punch a huge hypocrite like that?. I feel sorry for her though, I mean her mother gets shot in front of her face, her father's dead too, and she gets thrown into what's looks a concentration camp, then gets "operated" on in what looks like a torture room. I'm honestly surprised Ange didn't try killing anyone once she got her hands on a mech. |
