| Which Akame Ga Kill Character You Hate The Most? And explain why you hate them. For me it's Mine, she's just your generic ol' tsundere, I already hated her at the beginning but damn, when she started dating Tatsumi I wanted her dead. Her character design, sucks, it's just generic, like your usual tsundere, even her seiyuu. Generic and annoying character. Takahiro seems to like her though, since she's not yet dead. P.S for the poll, I am not including all characters, only the one's that you have a legit reason to hate so Rabbac,Bulat,Susanoo and Wave etc, wont be here. |

| Who are you kidding with these poll results. Shura and Seryuu are the best characters. I don't watch the Anime but they couldn't of been changed all too much. Kurome is irritating but I wouldn't say I dislike her. |

| Well, "hate" maybe is too much. But I wouldn't be so sad to see Mein dying. In general I never hate villains. It's always thanks to them if a Manga7Anime is awesome. |

| Most hated ones? Mine and Esdeath equally. If only just one of them could die already. The fat minister and Syura are so painfully pathetic "lulsuevul" villains that I didn't even bother to vote for them. Seryu is a one-dimensional, self-appointed pokemon who constantly say the same quote over and over: JUSTICE. And Tatsumi... well, he is the most original and memorable shounen MC I've ever seen in any manga/anime with great and interesting powers, has witty interactions with the other characters and his function for the plot is nowhere near negligible. That's for sure. If I were a girl, he would be my husbando. |

| woops accidently misclicked myt vote into kurome when i meant seryuu lol, seryuu was a character created for fans to direct their hatred at. she starts off so cute about justice but she warps into a monster so fast its hard to remember when it actually began but i was so satisfied when she died. Theres a seriously lack of characters on the voting though. |
| Personally, I hate the Prime Minister. He's half the reason the empire is in such a state. Ironically, I love Esdeath, the other half of the reason. However, I don't respect her. In my mind she exist solely to sexualized, broken, trained, and dominated. To me that would be far more satisfying than killing her off. I know it's a long shot but there's always doujin. Seriously, I don't want her to die before she learns the error of her ways. I just couldn't stand that Seryuu died without learning her own folly. Akame ga kill would be so much better if it had actual character development. I mean, when you think about it, this series is pretty average without all of the deaths. |

| the obvious choice seryuu she is like rachel in tower of god the writer does a very good job of making the character earn your hatred. can't believe theres actually votes for esdeath in my opinion shes one of the best characters in the show, ya she kills a lot of supposidly good people but she was raised as a true warrior so disliking her for killing people is kinna meh, and her ridiculous power mixed with the love she has for tatsumi makes it so entertaining. my favorite parts of the entire akame ga kill is the parts where tatsumi and esdeath are together, starting at the tournament when she dog collars him, on the island, etc. Don't get me wrong im not a girl or anything like that and 99% of the time id rather my stories have 0% romance moments but esdeaths situation with tatsumi is much more laughable than deserving of hate, how she invented a move that stops time which would normally be seen as like the ultimate weapon for battle and war yet she only developed it recently for use to keeping tatsumi from running away. esdeath is definitely my favorite still alive character, obviously bulat or however his name was in japanese (gay guy who gave tatsumi his teigu) is my all around favorite despite his low exposure eternaltorture said: FlareStar101 said: i don't hate anyone, except for that Fat King, he's such an scheming bitch, controlling the real King like a puppet and he's always eating with that grin in his face, ugh. I don't know why so many people hate Mein and Seryuu though. lol it's mind boggling believe me when you know the most popular reason why people hate mein it's just so childish not really i hated mein by the first 20 chapters way before tatsumi was in a relationship. them being in a relationship made her even more annoying, as a side character she was boring enough as it is throw some jokey tom boyish quips in there even though shes the least tomboy looking girl ever, but then as tatsumis GF shes no longer a side character and forced into the spotlight as one of the main characters increasing her exposure etc. honestly would've been fine with tatsumi being in no relationship and just being chased around but a bunch of different girls. mein herself is just a poor character, especially compared to the other female characters that he could've dated so i can't blame them for their disappointment in tatsumi x mein. but if you ask me i think even the writer didnt like mein and the whole reason he put her as tatsumis girlfriend was because esdeath and akame were going to be much more crucial to the story and the writer intends to kill off tatsumis significant other for growth or to make the story more interesting with a hint of tragedy. tatsumi won't be able to save the kingdom until he lets go his earthly tethers. |
