| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Predictable as hell. The finale is pretty much a fight between Momo and Onihime but since their characterization was horrid, there's nothing to praise about that. So yeah, the fighting is over. About damn time. I'll probably forget this series easily soon. Oh hell, their rivalry still hasn't ended yet. |

| If I look at this objectively, this anime was pretty bad. But I actually don't care. I enjoyed this a lot. It was nice and easy to watch and I didn't even mind fanservice in it, which is a big deal since usually I hate on that the most. I guess it was just my kind of setting and colors were really pretty and even characters were fine and there was nothing major for me to complain about. Last episode wasn't impressive, and I am kinda annoyed that Jakiou died since he was my favorite. And I really wanted to see Inugami and Sarugami in their human forms as well, but oh well. Giving it 7/10. Might be overrating, but I enjoyed it that much. |

| Youki basically took himself out with the fused Michimi Peach. I wished he'd kill Kaguya before disappearing though. Onihime's reason for fighting Momoko was extremely pointless. They just had to make the two main leads battle for the sake of this being the finale; and even that was lame. New Ten'nyo Squad looks promising. Too bad, we won't see any of their actions. There goes Sumeragi again; trying to make idols out of the pathetic members of old Ten'nyo Squad.. Mock battle between Onihime and Momoko at the end was dull as usual. I wish they'd kill each other for real. Lame finale to end one of the lamest show of the season. 3/10. |

Yeah this is how I feel about this series as well. I really liked the setting, colors, and music, while I didn't really hate the fanservice (although the show would've been better without it). This episode wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The fight in Onigashima was utterly pointless and they showed how Momoko and Onihime fell down the edge and...still lived? wut. How did they get out? But I'm glad their relationship is better now. Still competitive, but in a sisterly way! And as for the new celestial maiden sqaud...I totally thought the old ones got new hairdos. It would have been pretty funny if they actually made a equal called Oni Kyun Sword. I don't see any reason why they would, though. Overall, I didn't think it was awful because I liked the music (the oboe solo in the Onihime/Momoko battle was great! ^^), and I liked the color scheme. The action was okay, but I really enjoyed how it was a mahou shoujo as well (I liked the transformations--especially that music!). Overall not spectacular, but not super awful either. Just a simple ecchi fantasy adventure story. However, most of the episodes were complete garbage, while only the last 4 and a couple in the beginning were good. Definitely nothing above a 7. I'd give it a 6-7/10. |

| plot twist: onihime cuts off momoko's head and the show ends well this show was one of the worst of the season, but tbh i think it is for kids, so it's a little bit less sucky 3/10 |

| 11th episode was better than this. Eh, too bad. 4/10 then, I liked the finale and was ready to give it 5 but they didn't deliver. And other episodes were just lame so... nope. |
| Surprised I actually finished this. Cliche, predictable, cheesy and just all around silly. Yeah that's about it. |

| Well there goes the mindless fun show of this season. It's just good enough to pass time or as background sound I suppose. That being said the last 3 episodes were decent, if the whole series had been that way from the beginning I'd have given this a higher rating. Onihime is very likeable and Momoko's transformation were all very nicely animated. Also no derp faces or noticeable drop in animation quality throughout. Average through and through. 5/10 |

| How the hell do you make a series, that you have watched, but make you feel like you have seen nothing? Props to the producers for accomplishing that. Stark700 said: Me too.I'll probably forget this series easily soon. I came for the fanservice, and I didn't get much of that. Meh. |

| Pretty average ending of an average show but well this anime sure had its moments and in general is not as bad as I first thought it would be so all in all it was pretty okay! 5/10 |

| Going in I figured this to be a pretty bad series given its reputation, but I don't think it was terrible. It was a quick, dumb, mindless, fanservicey way to kill time and that's all I expected from it. 5/10 |

| No surprises there, happy end with the big bad guy going down and everyone living happily ever after. It wasn't as bad as I thought, but also not really good either. Just average. 5/10 |
| I thought this was pretty good. I'm surprised at the low scores and overall negative opinions on it. The graphics were nice, the animal transformations looked cool, the ending was cute with the dancing, and I liked Momo's design - she looked like a miko ninja. She reminded me a bit of Nakoruru from SNK games how she fought with a sword, wore red and white mainly, and had a bird companion. The show was dumb fun but it knew it was being silly and there was no high stakes drama, but told a self contained story and had some character development for people who are into it. The worst thing I can say about it is I didn't like the monkey's face. He looked a bit too humanoid and the weird red lips on him kinda creeped me out. I guess now I wait for season 2. |
| Slightly disappointing finale, oh well. But I enjoyed the show, it was dumb and cute, had some good, outrageous moments, some decent fights, and, of course, scantily-clad girls. I definitely won't be seeing peaches the same anymore. 7.5 kyun-kyuns /10 |
