Japanese Shin Chan

Does anyone know where I can find the original Japanese version of Shin Chan with English subtitles? I've looked on VEOH and almost all of them have no subtitles. Has a fansub group done some I don't know about? If anyone could help I'd be extremely grateful.

Kissanime uploads the very old episodes every now and then, episode 1-21 is in Japanese with subtitles
