Ok, compared to Zeta this has quite a few comedic elements mostly because of Mashymre. I loved when him and Judau were hanging from the cockpit and kicking each other in the air xD Also Mashymre's constant phantasms about Haman is hilarious~

I'm starting to like Mashymre, he is like a failed version of Scirocco. I wonder how was he able to have such flexibility with that white suit on.

So, I guess Judau will join AEUG now, right!?

Seriously! This guy is a middle school girl. "You are truly a angel! --Oh, blooming angel!" /they walk away quickly. Eek. He's really terrifying. He doesn't even brush his hair.

Yes. Absolutely what I thought but in better words. <3

Judau's "obstruction" was hilarious, too. As if he can hold a mecha back with a leach. Oh man. And Cello was reduced to tears fighting Judau out of the cockpit. I don't like Cello as a character yet, but I can definitely laugh at him.

This series is enjoyable as sort of a joke. :P I still don't like any of the characters very much. They need depth. I don't really see why Bright and his crew is in it at all.

He's quite fabulous.

Lolz when Zeta was spinning near the end and when they were kicking each other whilst handing from the cockpit.

This ridiculousness feels closer to 0079, and i'm glad it does.

I find this really enjoyable so far. No idea what all the hate for this is about...

Maybe this gets bad later on?

Most people find the mood change from Zeta jarring + dislike Tomino omega silly antics.

Seeing as how you seemed to dislike Zeta's bleakness, you may not enjoy late ZZ.

I don't really know what to think about Zeta. Other half of me says it felt really rushed, like as if it had 10 writers all writing one plot at the same time.

Then other half says it was a really enjoyable tale of a boy growing up with great animation for its time. But hey here I am still watching, so it must have done something right...

It's not a bad episode, but it feels like it's retreading what happened last episode. I'm glad it's not like Zeta, but I wish it'll get going.

Marshmellow is a fabulous fail, but this show needs a bit more substance than that to keep my interest.

Wow it's hard to keep an interest in this series if things stay like this. The comedy factor is taking too much of the spotlight and nothing is really going on...

Aside from that weird prologue this has been pretty good so far, Mashymre's pretty fun kinda reminds me of one of the characters from L-gaim.

Great episode!

Sure it's really campy compared to Zeta, but i'm enjoying it as well. I'm sure it will come back to a more darker style like Zeta in the middle of the series.

Lol this Cello guy, i don't want to hurt the people in this colony, yet your still willing to harm the colony by doing this antics. He's obsessions with Haman is pretty darn interesting to say the least.

Still at least Judau is showing that he's adapting to his piloting his skills. It's much more realistic than say Amuro hijacking Gundam RX-78-2 and instantly mastering it in a couple of episodes :P

Can't wait for the next episode!

Marshmallow needs to get fucking laid.
Then again, what do I expect from a guy who's enough of a failure to not even be able to close the hatch of his mobile suit properly. Well, I know it might sound a little harsh, but I do like his cheesy ass quite a bit, actually.

Everything is so silly and funny I can't help but enjoy myself. It's like eating at McDonalds: you know the food there is terrible for your health, but you'll still order a big mac anyway.

This refreshing Zeon soldier would be interesting if he wasn't this stupid. Cello says some good things but makes so big mistakes for the sake of comedy. His motivation contributes also to his uniqueness and allows him to not be a zeonism or zabi fanatic, it also made me realize Haaman Khan might have real ideals behind her all military/imperialist style (and her abject use of a child).

The kids are starting to be annoying but Judau still pleases me.

Good thing Fa is so caring (with Camille too)

Another light and frothy fun little episode. Cello really is the best, he's so goofy. I loved where he wished his mobile suit had been hidden under flowers rather than crates of booze, easily my favorite line of the episode!

If it stays like his forever, I might get board but I have another 5-10 episodes of interest in me for just this sort of silly fluffiness.

A guy who truly appreciates Fa unlike Gundam Z MC and he has ethics (didn’t want to cause casualties among the innocent civilians) it is a shame he is a dufus.

Judau is slowly getting the hang of the Zeta. Cello is quite the goofball as well, but that makes him kinda interesting in a way.

"This may violate the spirit of chivalry, but it's for the betterment of society! En garde!" xD

Judau defeated Mashymre with Super Inazuma Kick!

I'm probably enjoying ZZ a lot more than I'm supposed to. Character designs for the kids are also pretty cool. Mashymre is also voiced by Kenyuu Horiuchi, the seiyuu of Sanson from Nadia! I like his voice ^_^

Mashymre is probably more of a kid at heart than Judau. "I'm a knight" haha

I've also grown to like the OP actually.

The more i watch this less i get why this is hated. Do Gundam fans hate funny things? Come on it's not like every single Gundam entry need to be a depressing blood-shed (and i love depressing blood-sheds)

In all the series so far the military organizations surely have poor security around gundams. Over and over again any teenager is just able to walk over and steal them.

@Oznerol7 exactly what i think.
not everything has to be a depressing nightmare, above all if it is like zeta gundam, forced and inconsistent.

@Neemesis_2 yeah I like completely changed my mind in the meanwhile about this series, then changed it again and ended up to a "well it's not the worse I guess" consensus (honestly I think the "goofy aspect" is kinda the best aspect of it).
Btw i genuinely don't think there is a single inconsistency in Zeta. Forced things maybe, but they are forced as in the idea Tomino has of human behavior is pretty fucked up and forced itself (like how the entire Reccoa character is there to present a point about how humans lie to themselves, how easily manipulable they are and how there is nothing more ideological than the belief you're following you're true carnal desire free from ideology). In other words they're consistent in their being forced/an interesting point of view on humans nonetheless
