I assume you draw.

I can't draw on anything but paper on stacks of paper, being left handed has it's downfalls.

anyway keep it up

A vacation from school. Best thing Christmas has to offer me. More time to watch anime and read manga.

You buy your own Christmas presents? Doesn't that kind of defeat the point?

Your parents can give you money as their christmas present or give you gift cards, and then you can buy ur stuff.

Well, I put it aside over the duration of the year. Occasionally, I set aside money for other people too, but money doesn't come as easy as it used to.

Some of my money comes from my parents too so I guess you could count that in.

Oh, but if you're talking about the suprise part of it, I never liked it myself. I'd rather know what I'm getting and act suprised than get loads and loads of clothes that I don't want.

I'm not expecting anything from my parents this year as I'm living away from home in another country and my dad's not even working right now (thanks, economy), but I'll probably buy myself something nice to make up for it. I'm looking into getting a Japanese PS2, actually.

Ooh I looked at those too, the only downside is it may not work with north american games and such. Nice package though, a lot more sleek than this chunky black one on my desk.

Checking and re-checking, I have concluded that I am the youngest one to post in this thread so far. Whether that suprises you or not is up to you. Not giving my age away though.

Well, I have a few games in Japanese already, and since I only have an American PS2 I know there will be some compatibility issues. I'm still on the fence as to whether I should hack my current PS2 to play Japanese games or just buy a Japanese system. It'll all depend on the price of the system.

Right now, I'm at about the same place with my 360. I know someone that can hack it to play downloaded games yet maintain it's reliability (or what is left of it), but I'm conflicted whether or not to do this because:
1. This person could mess up,
2. I am no longer covered by xbox warranty
3. If found out, my console will be disabled by a mod (essentially banned but I can no longer use that system).

I'm getting to quit my nice easy decent paying job so I can take a 5 month internship that doesn't pay me anything.

That has to be the best x-mas present ever.

I just realized, it's not even Halloween yet and there's already a Christmas thread.

Oh, wait, this is the 21st century...huh.

I'd also love these lil' things, but that's kinda out of the question for me...

Anything I damn well want.

Oh yeah, that's the advantage of being the income source in the family I guess.

My plan is actually to obtain a laptop on Boxing day (that's a Canadian thing on the 26th).
While not technically anime, currently I am a big fan of Hatsune Miku.
At least I can go see her in concert.

np lol, just worried for you to not spend too much on stuff as young as you might be, I suppose it's ok for X-mas occasion with your parents and all :)

I go back to my old school from times to time to visit and see how their doing, poke many kids in the back with finger to make sure they don't spend too much out of worry etc etc, hehe :)

I don't know, I'm not psychic!

What I want is FIFA Soccer 10 and either Madden or NCAA College Football and also that book...I think "I Am a Diabolical Genius and I Want to be Your Class President."
And the dude from The Lake House is all "WHOA!"
