Only if it's a new one or if it's really good.

I use to watch the anime openings and endings and then skip it after seeing it a few times and then watch the new ones.

Now I pretty much just skip all the openings and endings unless it interests me in the first 2 seconds or something, then skip it the next time lol I marathon most of the anime I watch now anyway so I mostly just look forward to the next episode.

I only watch it if it's a new one if it's nice I'll probably see it twice again and if it's spectacular I do not skip it. But yeah most of the time I skip it which is sad because when I see an opening from an anime I've watched years ago I get all notalgic and shit so I don't want to skip them but I do.

New OP/ED? If so, I watch it. Then:

1) If I like it, I may watch it everytime.
2) If not, skip it everytime.

What made yall stop skipping them?

Well i used to watch a lot of anime, like 20-25 episodes a day so i skipped them to go faster!
Nowdays i watch like 10-12 episodes a day so i have more time and i kinda like singing along :D
Yes my reason is almost the same, I am whatching 2-3 episodes a day so I am not getting tied of watching OP ED but when 20-30 episode u surely skip.

Do you often skip it? Cause almost everybody skips the thing they don't like.

It depends..If I like it, well I listen to it. If I dont..I just listen to it once *The first time that I heard* and after that, well...I just skip it.

Opening and endings are what carry the soul of an anime, they are his ambassadors.
When you listen to them years after watching an anime, all the feels and ideas attached to them immerge.

Skipping OPs and EDs is really missing a huge part of animes, in my opinion.
Of course, an anime with TERRIBLE opening and ending can still be excellent, but fuck, it helps.

I've always considered music as one of the 3 or 4 more important things in anime, and while music alone is never enough to make a very good anime, most of my favorites have great OP/ED/OST.

I feel sorry for people skipping 100% of OP/ED, but everyone has its own way of watching anime.

Edit: I also never skip an opening or ending because sometimes they grow on me after 10+ listens. I thought Steins;Gate ED was ok after 10 listens, and by the end of the anime it becames one of my favourites.

I'll always watch an opening (unless I'm crunched for time, which is rarely).

If it's a new episode, I'll usually watch the ending, but if I'm re-watching something, I'll skip the ending.
