| I've watched 40 episodes once before, straight from 9 am to 1 am, that was my first time watching more than 30 in a day. Gotta remember that if you skip the opening and ending songs then after a while it adds up to an entire episode worth of time. I'm sure someone, somewhere out there has gone 24 hours straight before but that's a bit nuts. If we're talking most for a long period of time, I averaged 11 episodes a day for about 4 months straight last year... those were dark times. Anime tend to blur together when you're finishing 4-5 shows a week for that long, have a lot of rewatching to do now. |

| I usually finish 12 episode series in two days, 25 episode in three to five days. So I'm not any marathon watcher. I think most I've watched during one day is about ten episodes. Sometimes I wish I'd have more time to use on anime, but I just don't have it. Although it is supposed to be considered a good thing if you have a life outside anime. |

| I've recently did a sort of marathon on Yu-gi-oh Duel Monsters. 56 episodes in a row, 50 episode were on the same day. I was pretty tired after that though. |
