| Until at last Kageyama is showing why he is called the king, he finished very well the set and is still comprising best its team, but laughed a lot with this episode, each grimace better than the other I'm looking forward to the next set |

| Intenseeeeeee! Aw shit, that block at the end. I cheered really hard. I liked how Kageyama was growing in this match, not just as a better player but person as well. I guess the final set will take up two episodes and they'll pull an Oofuri and the last episode will be high school days. Oh and I also really liked Oikawa's backstory. | Such an awesome episode. The way Kageyama act Calmly different from before, thanks to Suga. Looks like Sugahara not that bad. Suga is good for making strategies, too bad Kageyama is a genius :v. And is Oikawa "Hate" Kageyama or Just "Jealous"?? |

| Loved the character interactions, developments and flashbacks this episode. That high five moment, flying fish and compliment giving... rofl!!! Also chibi Kageyama was so cute :) Pretty sure next episodes are going to have some sky high tension! |

| Lol Kageyama sucks at being nice. It was nice seeing him have better communication with his teammates though, especially Tsukishima. Oikawa's backstory was pretty cool too. Aaaaand it's a tie now.. Is this match going to take up the next three episodes? If so then I'd rather wait for them to finish airing then watch the whole thing at once. Seriously my nerves are wrecked.. 4/5 |

| So Tsukishima got a little more time to shine and it looks like he's enjoying himself more. Finally after 22 episodes I'm starting to warm up to him lol. Oikawa's backstory...well at least I understand him more. Can't really sympathize though. :/ He was still just as petty and self-absorbed. |

| It's funny watching Kageyama trying to be nice XD Didn't really care for the flashback. They seem like they're wanting me to be more sympathetic for Oikawa so when he loses I'll feel bad for him but at this point I still don't really like him. |

| Great playing, empathy I felt made me enjoy even more confrontation, until the end of the episode was the result uncertain, this is the story that I love. Excellent little digression on Oikawa, so now there is a more detailed perspective of the character. Drawings, animation and management of the more than fair. |

| A little something that's been bothering me- are the displayed scores for the matches sometimes wrong? I was noticing it in previous episodes, but in this episode most prominently when the score changed from 17-17 to 17-18 in Aoba Johsai's favor after Karasuno scored the point. |

| It's cute seeing Kageyama trying to be nice, and also smiling towards his teamates, even though his smile might not be the most pleasant to see...but he is at least trying. The match is so intense. I'm looking forward to the final set. By the way, when will Karasuno have their cheering chant? |

| Not sure how no one noticed this yet: At 3:56, the score is tied 17 - 17. At 4:45, Karasuno scored again but the scoreboard shows that the point went to the other team! Karasuno should be 18, and Aoba Josai at 17, but they have it the other way around. This was on Crunchyroll, so not sure if the subtitles were wrong on here or if it's the same everywhere... Weird mistake. Other than that, it was a great set! 5/5 |

| Tsukishima and Kageyama's interactions are the best lmao Also, smol notice me senpai Kageyama is the cutest little thing. That aside, it was really quite something to see Oikawa's insecurities and his feelings of inferiority towards Shiratorizawa and Kageyama. Despite that carefree exterior, he's gone to pretty extreme lengths to be the best he can be & I can't help but admire him for that. The one thing he initially had over Kageyama though- an understanding of and connection to his team- is slowly becoming non-existent as well since Kageyama really is changing since coming to Karasuno. I just think it'll be interesting to see how Oikawa takes another loss. At this point, I'd say Aoba Johsai and Karasuno are pretty much on par- both with individual members and as collectives. Whoever wins this time could easily lose the next one. |

| Awesome match, Kageyama is becoming a great setter just by learning from his opponents and his own teammates :) I have a feeling despite all that they're going to lose the final set just due to the sheer mentality that Seijoh has and the fact we only have 3 more episodes. |

| That was awesome! :D I love it so much that these characters aren't stubborn little shits, but they're actually developing and changing and really trying, it's soooo satisfying to watch! That Oikawa is really starting to creep me out, though. At first I thought he was a super nice guy, but now he actually kind of seems like a dick. I reallllly hope they'll win the third set too! |

| I find the struggles our players go through in these matches align with their inner struggles and their lack of synchronicity. It's a cool way to construct the matches because it's always entertaining to see the characters growing as people and growing their relationships as it creates highs and lows in the matches as well. This episode showed us Kageyama trying his hardest to understand the team on a deeper level and show them concern and compassion alike Suga does, and it was pretty hilarious how Suga's methods of that come off as insincere and scary when Kageyama does it. As did it showcase the specific relationship growth of Kageyama and Tsukki. Tsukki was clearly as uncomfortable and shocked by Kageyama being open to him and communicating but it ended up working well and culminating in that amazing scene at the end where Kageyama tugged on Tsukki's shirt to read Oikawa. The two had some seriously cute and heart warming development. I loved how Kageyama asked what Tsukki meant by "your tosses feel like they're saying shut up and hit the toss commoner", and how all of it came together to show Tsukki's smarts. Even if Tsukki is still a shallow character perhaps, him being paired with someone like Kageyama makes him more than a gag character and I like that! Oikawa was once an egocentric king too, a major difference in him was his drive to specifically 'win' rather than 'be on the court' although you could argue they are the same thing. It seems he knows, and did know that Kageyama was better than him and didn't want to have someone replace him to beat Shiratorizawa. It's like he doesn't just want to show he's better than Kageyama, but actually feels he needs to prove it to himself. The passionate revenge match for Seijoh vs Shiratorizawa also gives Karasuno a chance to lose, but it's not like they don't have a rematch with Neko waiting for them either... |
