A world without animes is a world with more time to study
and more time to be a good person
and more time to girlfriends
and more time to play games
and less fap stuff

Yes, I could live that way.

Best way to explain myself is that my interests go in cycles. One year I'm fascinated by video editing, the next is Star Wars EU, the next is origami, the next is computer fixing, the next it's learning html, the next is MMO's, and currently it's anime. Due to my non-committed hobbies, I do believe I will eventually regress from anime (maybe this community too as I've done so in the past with other forums).

Ofcourse I could live without it, but I would miss it. I don't think my life would be more boring though, it'd probably just force me to spend more time with my friends or get a job.

How would my life be without anime? Both better and worse.
Could I live without it? Sure.

Exactly the same as it is now, only with slightly different tastes in TV and movies.

No problem at all.
Did you ever see that Code Geass spin-off about Nunnally?

Neither did she.

There will be something missing but I can bear with it.
Kickstarter for Rokujouma is fully funded. Good work everyone. Lets wait for the result of our hard work together.

This is actually the exact same for me. It sucks sometimes because I always get good at things, but I never get really good at them because I always lose interest and completely drop what I'm doing after a period of time. Though during that period of time I'm usually completely focused on that one interest. Anime is different for me though because I've watched it since I was a kid. I go through long periods of not watching it, but I always come back.

Well, I'm more fond of manga, so HAH I opted out of directly answering the question.

I really do despise having this trait. Perhaps it's because I just haven't found what I really want to do and thus why I keep skipping around. Or simply involving myself with something for so long drives me crazy; this type of mentality is stuck with me it seems and my desire to explore and broaden my horizons again and again.

I'd supplement anime and manga for more books and tv series - doubt it'd be the same but it would suffice.

What I can't imagine is having to grow up without anime - I mean that would've been hell, what sort of shit would I have been watching?

Would most likely be how I was before I got into anime:
- Still casually playing World of Shitcraft and some other games
- Watching casually and randomly American life action shows on TV
- I would be extremely bored and without any real hobbies
- Listen less to Japanese music
- Don't know anything to spend my money on, so I would be even more rich

I would watch a lot more T.V series and play a lot more video games.

Honestly, sometimes I regret how much time I spend on hobbies, especially anime. If I had spend that time trying to get better at something in real life, I would be much better off. My grades would be better, I would be more outgoing, more successful, and my skills would all around improve. oh well.....

It would be the same, watching anime doens't change my life in anyway. Except i would probably spend the time i watch anime wich is generally my spare time during night when i don't have to wake up early playing video games or something. Anime is just a tool to fulfill my need for entertainment. And the reason i started watching anime was because i always liked japan.

A world w/o anime is like:

>an MP3 player with no soundtracks
>an empty refrigerator

Anime as in the whole animation world? Then I won't even bother with TV programs if there aren't any. if it's just Japanese animation itself, then I guess it won't be much of a problem... Except my hot bishies T_T

Yeah, and I have a family sized fridge for only one person. It's such a sad sight and probably wastes a ton of electricity.

Video games and western TV would just be my vice instead. believe me, I was like this before anime. It's just that anime has become my drug of choice.
