Welp this got a bit dark.

The action was okay as usual but in terms of warfare and rivalries, this was probably the most serious episode so far. Lord Hideyoshi and his last words were not forgotten even till now.

Poor Chosokabe.. Harsh truth must hurt. Good seeing he withdraws from the Western Forces.
I'm assuming Gyobu was behind the assault on Shikoku?

Rescuing O-ichi took a chaotic turn of events. I had a strong feeling that Tenkai is Mitsuhide and with his ambition of the resurrection of Oda this episode, it's pretty much obvious.

Well, Matsu is back to normal now. Good for Keiji.

Damn. Mitsunari was so quick to go on offense against Ieyasu. Why doesn't he give him a chance to speak?

Good episode. So, Tenkai would perhaps be cast off from the Western side now after such an outrageous movement?

Yes, finally: Tenkai and Oichi in action. Will we see Nobunaga? Seems like Mitsunari and Ieyasu are finally done playing Pokemon.

I love how this season centers very much on Ieyasu and Mitsunari so far, and that Masamune is still getting sidelined. Great epsiode.

I really didn't expect if Motochika will withdraws from the western army :(
That was something you will never see in game story. But a surprise like that also make this episode really interesting.

Btw why they don't change that Isono-dono by Katsuie? In that way they also can add Sakon in the story. I think it would be SUPER interesting if they were around, don't you think so?

Because Katsuie and Sakon are SB4 characters and this is SB3 xD

Is it just me or is there an animation quality drop in this episode?

Ishida's been pretty awkward, but he pulls it together when for a pretty resounding speech. With the rallying cries held, let's hope the animators can hold themselves together for the final push.

It should be mentioned that the soundtrack is pretty catchy - Im guessing it's not taken from the game though?

The show's been consistently pretty wonky, but you might be right - there wasn't any important action after all, so they're probably concentrating efforts for the climax.

Mitsuhide's really annoying. I don't even know why he's still alive. The hell did he do to Matsu? damn that fucktard. Also why does he want to resurrect Nobunaga when he betrayed him and tried to kill him? hell that was even in the previous seasons, in this version he's the one who killed him.

Teary episode and drama. I just can't imagine what kind of charactet Oichi is. A bit action but no big deal.
