| Of course there will always be failures, but you should never give up on things you like. I started learning drawing at the beginning of this year and I still suck, but that's just normal. Some things take a while. |

| We all have struggles, man. The ups and downs of life are exceptions to nobody. Some do struggle more than others, though. I don't envy people who go through life as if it was a cake walk. People who have seen harder trials and tribulations than the average person are more often than not better people for it. They're more interesting, better friends, give better advice, aren't too self involved, know the meaning of hard work. Above all else, when shit is about to hit the fan, they know when to step to the side and let the over privileged learn their lesson the hard way, by getting covered with it. |
| Struggling isn't exclusive to just you, or anyone else for that matter. We all have at one point or another, or still are. |

| Lately the only struggle I had was getting waitlisted for grad school. Was pretty close to depression, but then I got accepted after a few weeks and just felt waaaaay too much joy afterwards. Hell my dad went as far as hugging me and was pretty much close to tears and I can't remember the last time I hugged the guy. Pretty much struggles can make or break you like anything else. But even after countless failures, just succeeding or breaking through the struggle once totally makes up for all the shit that came beforehand. As I quote some random Indian guy in a movie: "Everything will be all right in the end... if it's not all right then it's not yet the end." |
