So I scoured the depths of the internet for a while but I couldn't find any mention of this, not even in raw form. Does anyone have any source?

The Amazon Japan DVD/BD page confirms it exists at least. The description states there is an unaired episode and a reviewer of the BD states it covers 13 episodes. If you Google "未放送ストレンジ・プラス", there are some posts mentioning it as well.

Strangely, little else says anything.

Until the BDs appear online, the episode won't appear online. And basically no one bought the BDs, so...

Do we know if it is only on the Blu Ray or on the DVD as well.
I am planning on trying to get a hold of one to upload it.

I've been waiting over 3 years to watch it so I'm not entirely sure. Seems form the title description that is included with both.

I managed to find the dvds for both seasons would anyone be able to translate the specials when they arrive in a month?
