What the ending of Fukigen cinderella chapter 23 (24) is like?

Okay i know according to my anime list page of fukigen Cinderella it contains '24 chapters' and it has 3 volumes when i look at the ending of the penultimate chapter no 23 or what might be the final chapter :http://raw.senmanga.com/Fukigen_Cinderella/23/28 .

Can you tell me what happened in chapter 23 and its ending ?

i know chapter 22-23 raws are out. Are the translator groups not going finish?

Wait, can someone fill me in? Why is it listed as 24 chapters when there are only 23 chapters?
Am I missing something here?

I'm thinking it might be because of the one shot that's supposedly included in vol 2.
