I gave this one of the lowest scores of anything that I have watched yet. It was so stupid and illogical on almost all levels. It was in the same class as Mars of Destruction for being so bad. |

| decent and enjoyable show with lots of crazy action, it looked like a downgraded megazone23 with uglier character designs and mechs. In the end, he met his gf, happy end 6/10 |

| Very underwhelming with what ended up happening in the end. Characters are stupid, and it's crazy how the guys at the top will just allow the army general to carry out in the middle of the city. Artwork during the intro simulation part was very detailed, the later part of the OVA could never reach that quality but was still great. |
