| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another children's show for the Fall season. I liked how it started out with the introduction to the Kaidan restaurant, though I personally found that my enjoyment declined as the ep went on. Reiko's possession was just humorous. I thought Hiroaki did a great job with Galson's voice though. Galson almost makes me want to keep watching the show, though I'm not quite sure if I'll bother. |

| This reminded me a bit of "Gakkou no Kaidan" (the original version, not the bastardized American version). I'm not sure that the plan to have three stories in each episode will work well, but I'll try it for a while. |

| well that was a nice. it had a good mixture of fun and scariness. for now i'll keep it on my currently watching list but this seems like the kind of anime i'd watch in one go when i'm very bored :/ |

| I think it's pretty good as far as kids' shows go. I personally needed a break from all of the depressing stuff I've been watching lately (example from this season: Aoi Bungaku), so it was nice to just watch some cute, silly kid show that still has some interesting plots. |

| will continue to watch, nice small segments if the episodes follow this pattern, don't foresee any huge lol wut plot twists or any of the like, just a simple easy to follow entertaining show |

Gakkou no Kaidan jap version was in no way creepy or entertaining. How the hell did you find that creepy at all? If you think a basketball backboard falling on a student or 1/2 dozen references to the ring as creepy then you must get scared easily. Grow some balls sir. Bastardized american version is pure win and if you're too stupid to realize that then continue watching power rangers and magical princess anime. back to topic: Yes not creepy BUT very entertaining. Not as retarded as JP version Gakkou no Kaidan (trying to be serious with silly ghost ideas) but looks like it takes "telling" ghost stories a little more serious. Kind of reminds me of the cartoon version of Tales From the Crypt. |

| That was pretty good. It wasn't creepy but I like the feel of the show. That puppet though...it's always the puppet. |

| I was kind of expecting a dumber show considering it's for kids. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't and actually kinda enjoyed it... Still too early for anything but i really hope it doesn't get tiring later on. Would like to see more of the restaurant. |
| The main stories were pretty lame from adult POV. For little kids they probably work just alright. The mini story other hand was actually pretty decent. It could have just been lot more effective if it had been done right, but i still liked it. |
