| I discovered go thanks to Hikaru no go and learnt to play it. I also played hanafuda thanks to Summer Wars. Karuta (Chihayafuru) looked like fun, but I wouldn't have anybody to play it with me. Maybe one day. Anime in general taught me to be more open minded. I think it changed me slightly in a good way. And the sad fact that even when you are evil/psycho, people will love you as long as you are good looking. Intelligent, charming villains are especially irresistible. *guilty* |

| to reject all censorship because of the stuff I like (loli). Even though I don't like yaoi and do not go looking for it sometimes its funny when it pops up in whatever I'm watching. Also naturally I'm a "live and let live" guy so if there's something I dislike I just walk away, never to start a stupid ban movement while ya'll can continue liking your shit. |

XD i actually forgot It's a topic about what we have learned from anime. I suggested that the moral of your story is to never rely on theories and ideas too much, no matter how good they look on the surface. Which is a thing you have (possibly) learned from anime and trying to apply anime IRL. By the way, I learned some drawing and some japanese language as a result of watching anime. |
| Animes like Mushishi really modified my way of seeing life and made me more empathetic and open-minded. Some others made me change physically as well (like hairstyle, etc..). And yeah those types of anime that have dark stories and deep messages that make you think can really teach you something ! ! ! |
