| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That was interesting. Good to see Sebastian back and the others like Mey-Rin. It was amusing watching Sebastian washing clothes tbh. I found that pretty silly. Ciel's got some nice clothes on too. So this follows the Circus arc so I'm curious to see how it goes. But seriously, the scenes of Sebastian catching the glassware was awesome. Same when he beat up those suits with his fighting skills. Noah's Circus looks good. |

| Aww yay it's back! Sebastian.. as handsome as ever lol *o* I loved the OP!! I totally forgot that the shinigami were in this arc so I was pleasantly surprised when they popped up ^0^ Can't wait to see more next week! Also, Sebastian with a flamethrower LOL |

I was grinning the whole time as I watched our butler do his thing, and the servants theres and Ciel and his attempts at dancing, so cute. I also love how the animation is closer to that of the manga. It was similar to the first episode of s1 but WAY better in my opinion. Way better. Can't wait to see the second episode where the staff said they were sticking close to the manga. |

| Sebastian's as smooth as ever, killing 50 men while preparing for guests. Man how I've missed Ciel, I'm gonna love his new outfits *o* Can't wait Good episode, I figured it'd start like how the first season did. |

| I've been looking forward to this series for ages, first episode was fantastic, nice to see everyone at the phantomhive manor again. Sebastian with a flamethrower was awesome. All of Ciel's servants are as clumsy as ever. |
| That was so much fun :D I missed Sebastian's BAness animated ^^ Dat Slow Motion Save was EPIC XD And the way they made that loser piss his pants before dying was so satisfying XD Can't wait for nxt ep and the circus :D My favorite arc ^^ |

| A very nice and familiar introduction! Setting the characters up for the 3rd time in anime form, this makes me so happy! The opening is 10 times more marvelous than previous ones, and the animation 3 times more beautiful! Knowing the events of this season from the manga I couldn't look more forward to seeing them come to life! |
| The 2002 Tokyo Mew Mew adaptation is not as great as you remember it being. |

| Animation looks way better than previous seasons so far, and Ciel's character design is actually correct haha. And we had actual bits of scenes of what happened to Ciel in the beginning in the cage when he met Sebastian, wow. OP is really gorgeous, and the OST is pretty nice so far. Pretty good set up episode, can't wait to see how they adapt the actual plot in the coming episodes, heres to hoping they are faithful this time. |

| The whole way through watching I was giggling like some kind of deranged freak. ʅ(◔౪◔ ) ʃ Gotta say, I love seeing them animated again. Can't wait for Snake's début. （ ´థ౪థ） Athough, the one thing I can't stand about Black Butler is the sheer amount of engrish. Would it kill them to say it in Japanese? Also, I wish they'd tone down the sparkles... But man, I love that start with Ciel's contract. And the opening, HHHHHNNNNNGGGGGGHHHHHH (´｡✪ω✪｡｀) |

| THIS. This was so great it made me happy! It's been too long since I've watched Sebastian KICKING ASS. Man, that guy is a freakin' badass. I squealed when I saw the OP, because Knoxie and Grell were in it!!!!!!!!!!!! They weren't in the circus arc of the manga, so I didn't get overly hopeful. But I'm pretty sure that the studio HAD to add Grell in because he's the best anime character of all time and is the total fan favourite. Kyaah! We got shadows of the Greys! I can't wait to see Charles animated sexy ass muthafucka. And Miyano Mamoru as Joker too! I swear, this anime is going to be perfection. I just wish it wasn't so short. I want them to anime the ship voyage arc too - it's one HELL of a luxury cruise! Does anyone know if the OVA - book of murder - is going to be, like, a full length movie? Because I really can't see how they would manage to cram the entire arc into anything less??? |

| The ending was totally amazing. The mansion looks a lot more beautiful and it feels like Sebastian grew twice as hot (or maybe I feel that way because I haven't seen him in awhile). I loved the emphasis on the preparations, especially the food. Sebastian's fighting skills are as epic, smooth, and formal as ever. |

So glad to see this back the way it's meant to be seen, like the first half of S1. Much better than the garbage S2! |

| Great to see the serie again, I hate season 2 with a passion so I'm really relieved they picked up the manga material for this. Pretty slow but enjoyable first episode, makes me wonder what happened with that guy though? He just... wasn't there anymore?... :) I haven't read the manga but the preview for the next episode seems really cool, I love the whole circus theme and I'm hopding for -finally- a bit of background story on Ciel and how/why he summoned Sebastian in the first place. |

The circus arc is one of the best, if not the best. The first season of anime doesn't even compare to how awesome it is. I didn't like the first episode a lot, I found it slow but it's still a good introduction for someone who never watched the series. I think the interesting events will begin next week. The animation is better and Sebastian's eyes look better :3 |

| It was okay i guess, basically the exact same thing as episode 1 of season 1, The Circus arc is my favorite arc and because this season is only 10 episodes long i was hoping theyd jump right into it, but nope; for episode 1 we get pointless filler , i still have faith that this could but i am concerned they're gonna screw this up like they screwed up the first two seasons. |
| I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG! I'm seriously so happy I dont even care if this episode was so similar to ep 1 season1. Def like the slight changes in ciel and sebastian's character design. And that one scene where sebastian catches all the champagne glasses was awesome! Really excited to watch this arc, I can't to see william get more screen time. |
| Loved the episode. animation is awsome i must say. Sebastian's true form appearing is never too much. *.* so only 10 episodes... it probably means this will be the only arc adapted. I wanted to see the murder and zombie arcs so much. =( |

| Season 2 was almost 4 years ago :O so they wanted to smooth into this season :) A flamethrower? really? XD Lau and Ran Mau <3 Took me while to get used to Sebastian's voice since I watched the dub (yes, the dub is in the 1% of good dubs :D) |

| It was so great to see the old gang all together again! I love Sebastian and he definitely is one HELL of a butler! Ciel looked older to me, but maybe its just because I haven't seen him in forever. All in all this was a great episode. A lot of action on Sebastian's part and a story arc that I am excited to see! |
