First volume of KamiAso was sold with an event ticket, if I recall correctly. So its next volumes will probably sell lower.

pretty fair sales for NGNL, hope it will doing well like that until the very last volumes, so that the gate for S2 will open widely.. though I can read the LN, I still want the anime for the better image..

100k for LL very possible I guess, well, glad to see it still doing so well.. I'm curious how much vol. 2 would sold..

I thought NGNL would break the 10k, with all the LN boost.
But, I guess that's it.

Its always a good idea to follow stalker instead of going by your own hunches. But 9k+(after week 2/3) is still huge.,

That's with an event ticket. I can't help but feel that Kadokawa isn't doing enough to push and promote No Game No Life, compared to Date a Live which they pushed big time, having a ton of merchandises and a S2 prepared before S1 ended.

And v2 is barely showing any sign of dropping.

Event tickets do not always have a big effect.

NGNL isn't over 10k? I'm pretty sure the hype was real on MAL & the light novel sales. With those numbers (8k+) season 2 is a must!

Because NGNL v2 also come with event ticket

Though the average should be still 8.5k+,which is good and enough for S2

I'd rather NGNL didn't get a sequel if the alternative was a second season made with the budget for a McDonald's menu.

^This.
Mekakushittycity Actors sold well despite all the complaints about unfaithfulness to the source, that's nice to know.
Also happy to see Nisekoi there, pretty funny stuff.

Log Horizon deserves more.

Shame not to see in the list Hitsugi no Chaika, maybe it is below the threshold ... well I hope it sells well, even without big numbers !

There is a lot of merchandise from Date A Live that came prior to S2's airing.

The people acting like 7k for NGNL isnt a lot are casuals and/or new to anime.

7k is really really good for shows that arent ludicrously popular like SAO or Monogatari.

For reference, Kill la Kill also only sold about 8k.

Not even 2 months ago NGNL was sitting at 2k on stalker. Id call this a win.

Yep, glad seeing those two doing so well.

Those Mekaku City Actors sales feel absolutely undeserved, though.

NGNL if u include blu ray and dvd sales that is an 8.5 K average and comapred to most other series that is a very good sign of profits and a very good sign that a season 2 will air, also if u take into account the huge boost in LN sales as well that u can rest assure there will be a S2 for it, It is just when it will be annouced that s the real question, im betting either when vol 7 or vol 8 is released we will get an annoucment.

Wow, that's awesome to know! I've never really looked at any of these sales things before, so could anyone tell me how much is a volume? Like, are all 12 episodes of NGNL considered volume 1?

Wow, that's awesome to know! I've never really looked at any of these sales things before, so could anyone tell me how much is a volume? Like, are all 12 episodes of NGNL considered volume 1?
One volume has two episodes, so there are six volumes.

Kill La Kill is sitting at a 10k+ average.

No it will be 2 or 3 episodes per volume.

Madhouse will continue NGNL, they almost never have shows that sell other than HxH anymore.

And if you look at how mahoukas numbers have been dropping like a rock, madhouse might need a sure thing soon.

Its first week sales were 8k.

That was my point.

Also my other point was that Casuals look at SAO selling 30k and assume any show thats popular sells that much.

It doesnt work that way.

KlK was a 2-cour show, you can't really compare V1W1 to v1w1 of a 1-cour show. KlK is clearly the better selling of the 2. Not to mention how KlK had no event ticket boost, while NGNL did.

Just a tip, you don't need to leave a blank sentence in-between each sentence.

There is a lot of merchandise from Date A Live that came prior to S2's airing.
I fail to see any connection.

It's called a prediction.

I'm gonna predict (with reason) that Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka? will get a season 2, calling it XD
Based on it selling about as well as Kirino Mosiac-which got another season and they're in the same magazine too-.
The positive reaction of the fans and the all the business crossover/promotion (ramen shops, restaurants etc.)
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2014/06/05/is-the-order-a-rabbit-tv-anime-collaborates-with-ramen-shops
and the all the merchandise it will sell.

He said it as a fact, not a prediction. Also, it wasn't about existence of S2 but about WHEN S2 was created. I find it hard to believe that S2 was prepared before S1 ended (to be more precise I consider it total bullshit). Considered to make in the future - obviously. Already prepared - nope.

It is. Especially for a show which started ~15k.
