| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Damn, I am sad this show is over. It was one of my favorites from this Spring Season. For the episode itself, the weather was frosty and that reflected a mood that I thought was fitting.  I like how Hase and Katori went back to the classics with the crepe. Now that made me even hungry. Overall, rating this 8/10. It was a really sweet and charming series with a story I appreciated. |

| She doesn't know why the main guy acts the way he is and asks the male friend about it. Even her childhood friend is curious. At least airhead girl made up. They lied together about going to the trip on the winter break, but they met up. They walk together even though they feel awkward. At the shrine, they cried for wanting to be friends. At the end, they asked to be friend to each other at school, while everyone watching. ED played rest of the songs. Showing main guy writing journal at the end. |

| That was a beautiful ending. The crêpe scene and the shrine visit scene were really heartwarming. I'm definitely going to miss this series. |

| Shougo is really understand towards others, not so much about himself though. There was a lot of tears this episode. Saki being obvious was really cute! They both didn't feel like going for a trip then they meet! The scene were Kaori spoke her feelings at the shrine. Hase calling himself an "idiot" were both awesome! They both finally spoke the words they had always wanted to say. Glad that they are back to being close friends. Hase writing a diary at the end. Amazing series to watch. The feelings and the sweetness/cuteness! >.< The end has come though. :( A wonderful friendship is just beginning though! |

| That was a nice ending. I was hoping that they would be more than friends when the series ended. This was definitely one of my favorite shows to watch in this season. Gonna miss it. |

| Shougo clarifies to Fujimiya of Hase's reason for acting different towards her. Understandable yet bitter.. Damnit Shougo.. Unknowingly made Saki upset. But good seeing she cheered up after he apologized. (^^) Oho. Hase's mom must be a classy woman to attend classical concerts every New Year Eve! The (fated) meeting of Hase and Fujimiya at the bridge and the conversations while strolling around together were nice. Knew they both lied about the family trip. Still loved how they made excuses to cover it up. Indeed, what a coincidence! It took Fujimiya to cry at her shrine visit to make Hase realize how much of a big idiot he has been, not talking to Fujimiya as much and staying away for the most part. That scream though.. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" XD Ah, Fujimiya's memory issue improved enough for her to ask Hase to be her friends at the same time he did! Looks like Hase is keeping a diary also.. Masaka! Did he catch Fujimiya memory loss issue too? :O Lol. Lovely series. 8/10. Needed more of Shougo X Saki though. |

| There's something about the snowy winter atmosphere that I absolutely love. Absolutely adored the mood of this episode. Definitely went back to the calm and relaxing feeling of the first couple episodes. That was a sweet ending. Honestly I didn't expect the show to give us a definite confession, but wanting to be closer friends is good enough. With my expectations it's something. Nice to see Saki and Shougo's problem get resolved too. 5/5 last ep 8/10 series. |
| Best standalone anime of the season for me at least. It gives me more NagiAsu vibes since its snowing and the plain innocence of their friendship is so cheesy :D aww perfect ending for me. I like how Fujimiya-san changed her original diary to a new diary, so she's cherishing Hase-kun as her beloved one as she wants to record everything and anything about him :) |

| Great series, amazing ending T_T. Anyone knows if the manga goes beyond this point? Will they have content for another season? The diary scene at the end, is it possible that Hase also suffers from the same problem? (or am i just going apeshit crazy?) |
| Glad it had a happy ending :D The way Saki and Kiryu's bit was resolved was sweet and Saki crying was kawaii :3 Really glad Hase and Kaori finally made up like that. Both of them meeting up while they were going for a walk and finally going to the crepe place that they've been wanting to go to 4ever :*) The shrine scene was nice. Finally yelling out their desires :D And as usual, absolutely beautiful scenery <3 I think I'll give this a 9/10. I can't deny how fluffy it made me feel throughout >.< |

| Kaori and Hase finally have those crepes together and "make up." Kaori's mom mentioning the dad would call an ambulance if he saw Kaori and Hase together at the shrine, lol. Didn't really expect much from this show but it held my interest long enough to finish it. 7/10 Season 2 where?!? |

| I want Ishuukan Friends 2 but the main focus would be Kiryuu Shougo and Yamagishi Saki <3 THEY'RE SOOOOOOOOOO ADORABLE <3 |
| A fitting end but a bit anticlimactic and predictable. Overall a pretty sweet show and I enjoyed it more than I should have. I have a huge weak point for the combination of SoL, Romance and Comedy so I will give it a 8/10. kawaii-despair said: I want season 2 focused more on romance. I second this. |

| One of the most gentle and pure romances I've seen in a while. Worth picking up the manga imo to continue to the story to see if more develops as time goes on. I have nothing to complain about except for not seeing a passionate hug or something since hand holding, kissing, etc was beyond this to begin with. Will miss the ED. Will miss the show. 9/10 |

| That was one of the most suprising and the best series of the season . I want season 2 like most of folks here . I want them to be couple , i want them to kiss . 8/10 from me . |

| Man, what a roller coaster of feels for this anime. There were times where I felt great and there were times where I wanted to beat someone up. I thought it was a nice way to end the series and I will definitely miss Isshuukan Friends. T^T Craving for a second season. |
| This show was my top choice for this season, it was something different in anime so I decided to give it a try. Nice ending, some cute scenes, they solved some of the problems that they had (Shougo and Saki, Kaori and Yuuki), but the whole show was really predictable. I would like to see a second season of this :) 7/10 from me. |

| Shougo and Saki had already make up and they were just fine like that. Kaori will be depending on Shougo but with exemption that he will not baby her was cute. Hase finally had realize he was so stupid for avoiding to repeat what Kojou had done to Kaori, But he was just making it hard for Fujimiya Kaori to be far from him. At least the sadness about Hase avoiding Fujimiya Kaori was drifted away at the end. And they finally found out they feel the same for each other. Is the epilogue suggest an a OVA? Since the Anime was almost finished the manga so maybe it's possible. I'll give this entire Anime a 8/10 score. I was really glad that I had watch this Anime. |

| Was expecting better drama throughout the show. The drama wasn't as heavy hitting as I thought it would be. The Anime almost had finished the manga. They had adapted the manga up to the 5th Volume so only an OVA would be possible. Unless the manga will be still ongoing and had produce another 5 Volumes (after 2 years?) a Second Season would be possible. |

| Definitely felt like an original ending, especially due to the fact that they never ate crepes until now when they should have in the second ep. I can see the manga doing it somewhat similarly, though. It was a good ending for the anime, even if it could have used more build up and fleshing out of why Hase HAD to make the choice he did. Though I'll say, this way was a lot better than an original ending a la ef Memories, it was a realistic and fitting way to satisfy the tone of the story and the innocent relationship between the two. Cmon translators, we need more manga fast. |

| lolll did the credits just show everything Isshuukan Friends was in less than 5 minutes? Good show overall, definitely made a point that not everything needs to get blown out of proportions |
