Art is superb, music is good, background is great (characters in background have FUCKING DETAILS, only thing is they aren't colored. They have animations though!), animation is good (gun-firing actually has BLOWBLACK! HOLY SHIT!).

What's not good? The lesbo shit. I've never been a fan of homosexuality, be it female or male homosexuality. Having an overabundance of one of any sex, male or female, just doesn't make things interesting. Sausage fest or donut fest? None, I want my sausages AND my donuts.

Why the creators put so much effort in lesbo crap like this I'll never understand. First of all, the lesbo scenes aren't that strong, so there's no naked girls piling their boobs atop one another. This means weirdos that are really into lesbos won't like the anime that much. Second, people who'd rather a normal setting with equivalent numbers of girls and guys would find this anime off-putting. Perhaps the intended audience is weirdo girls who are actually lesbo? The subtle lesbo...fuck, whatever, just too much work for something so dry and lesbo.

What are you even trying to say? That you dislike yuri? This show barely had any of that at all - if it wasn't for the tag and the hype before it aired I wouldn't have even noticed

Actually, that's all the show had going for it all - the rest of the show was garbage

Funny. I find anime is typically bad at mixing genders, so I'd prefer either a sausage fest or donut fest to some of both, regardless of if it's yaoi/yuri or not.

Besides, this show really isn't yuri at all. I think the hype about it being yuri was just the result of mis-labeling the show, since it otherwise doesn't seem to market or portray itself in any other way as yuri.

Of course, this does bring up the question of why you, OP, someone who clearly doesn't like homosexuality in any form, even watched a show labeled as yuri that clearly featured an abundance of female characters...and why Madoka is among your favorites, a show easily more yuri than this one.

Really you're gonna watch a show about yuri and then bitch about it having yuri? Are you an idiot?

So this is the "Great" Stanklem I heard about.

OT: So for a show to be yuri it needs girls piling their boobs atop of each other? K.

Man... the Yuri genre is very superficial in this anime...

You see a girl protecting another girl and we have a DEDUCTION that they (Azuma and Tokaku) TRULY LOVE each other and you called it like: the YURI anime of the century.. C'mon....

There wasn't even a Kiss.... They didn't even said DIRECTLY (opening the mouth) to each other that they're in love...

"Oh.. but they "kissed" in the pool" - What the hell are you thinking..?! Anyone should do this regardless the sex genre to save another person.... And you consider it a "love kiss?!" =.="

Just because the show have only female characters? Because they bath together? This is very common and normal... Using these arguments to judge if an anime is a LESBO/YURI genre...?! Using these arguments to judge that a girl is a lesbian..? From where did you come from?! Open your eyes... you're are really late according to the "world progress".. We are in the 21st century, save your conservatism only for you.

The YURI genre, in "Akuma no Riddle" is exposed to an IMPLICIT form, and not in a EXPLICIT form... I really don't know where people can see so much Yuri genre in "Akuma no Riddle".... as i said before, the Yuri is IMPLICIT and not EXPLICIT.
