Help!! adding manga Okamirai, But I keep Getting an error

I keep trying to add this manga to this site http://www.inkblazers.com/manga-and-comics/Okamirai-/detail-page/119?lang=en but it keeps telling me that there is an error and I have tried 20 Times Today and like since last Friday and each time I keep getting an error. The Error keeps telling me that I might have typed something wrong and to contact (some guy I do not remember) could I Please get some help?? IF anyone knows who I should contact please let me know

I don't know, maybe that's somehow related to the Unicode issues site is having right now?
You can contact with Database Administrator (Kineta in specific) or Manga Database Moderators from the Staff page
