Manga ended last year but LN is still on-going.

From what I remember the LN came first but is still going on, the manga came soon after and finished last year according to both here at MAL and wiki but is still listed as on-going at mangaupdates. Which is it?

What I also want to know does the manga follow the LN's plot or is it completely different?

Not like it matters much either way. The translation of the manga has been off and on for years, and the Light Novel was never translated. I'd love for either to finally get decently translated but it seems to be practically a pipe-dream. Very rarely do series like these get much attention this long after they are released, especially when there is practically no fanbase left in English speaking countries.

If anybody out there has any interest, please translate this series. I don't care of it's the LN or Manga, just something would be nice.
