| Kurumi. Kurumi. Kurumi. That is all I'm seeing here, and I don't really get it. So, overall, I thought this was a strong episode. I've never read the source material so when I watch the episodes I actually see it for what it is instead of wasting time trying to compare it to a LN. There is no comparison, 9 times out of 10 the source material is going to be much better than the adaptation. So, there's not much point in trying to compare the two, and getting upset when the adaptation doesn't live up to the standards of it's source. I must say all of this Miku screen time is really annoying, I'm so tired of seeing, hearing, and having to deal with her. I was hoping her part in the story wouldn't drag out so much, but guess I'm not that lucky. Personally, I think they could have put more focus on the battle going on outside the stadium, instead of stretching out the dumb-shit with Miku. I mean, Mana shows up and schools the enemy to save Origami and by proxy Shido, and then suddenly Blondie is there picking fights and kidnapping Tohka as if Origami and Mana were never there at all. WTF? And that brings us to the point that no one can seem to let go of, Kurumi shows up. Now, I don't hate her, in fact I have nothing against her, and was even entertained by some of her parts in this episode. But, I don't think she merits all the fanboygasms I'm seeing. And I'm really gonna be upset if she suddenly starts getting all the screen time. So far this season the new characters have gotten all the screen time, there's not been hardly any screen time for Kotori or Yoshino, and Tohka and Origami have only gotten minimal screen time because they seem to always be near Shido. The new characters aren't even all that good, so I'd much rather the good characters from the first season get more screen time. There seems to be some kind of plot going on in the background, but because the new spirits have been getting all the attention I'm yet to actually figure out what the point of it is supposed to be. So far it's just been random "lets attack Tohka and Shido" shenanigans that haven't made any sense. Yoshino has been nothing but background comedy for most of the season, and is now only serving as puppet fodder for the annoying one. Kotori has done absolutely nothing at all, even tho we all know there's some mystery wrapped around her being a bad ass fire spirit. Shido summoned Tohka's sword once, and it's not been mentioned or explained at all since then. So, despite this being a strong episode that I rather enjoyed after the fights picked up, I still can't say that this season has been all that good. If there is a season 3 I really hope it's handled better than this one, but so far I'm not seeing another season being made. |

| Freaking awesome episode. I LOL'ed at Diva flicking 'Shiori's' trap button and finding out the shocking truth. He loses all his Spirit allies including his sister, and now the only one left is ... psycho yandere Kurumi. I'm not as into yanderes as a lot of people seem to be (yandere may be the only more masochistic fetish than tsundere), but Kurumi was pretty awesome, creepy and hot in this episode, just as she should be. Her teasing Shido about Shiori while holding Miku's huge bra was hawt and if it does not inspire doujinshi authors, I will be disappointed. I'm sure that Shido will somehow Talk No Jutsu his way out of this, but I do wonder how he's going to talk Miku into letting him give her the sealing kiss. Maybe he'll have to put on the Shiori wig for that part ;) And maybe even please Kurumi by wearing Miku's stuffed bra. I'm probably enjoying this idea too much ... Fanservicey, action-packed, funny and wild ... Date a Live is definitely back to speed :) |

| Kurumi holding onto Miku's bra and telling Shido to cosplay for her was funny as heck. I feel sorry that Shido got NTR'd by Miku, but I'm assuming that he'll steal all his spirits back somehow. Tohka though..... Do they even know where to go to save her? The zombies portion seemed a bit out of place, and I can tell they skipped some stuff from the LN. Not really happy about that, nor am I happy that we only have 3 more episodes to go. Why couldn't they adapt more?!?!!? |

| Date Live is very good, the episode was great the part where Miku discovers the male side of Shido was funny and Tohka always saving Shido, she really is the best girl in the anime, but now she was caught she will need help and when Shido's alone behold aparare Kurumi, she is the second best, what is her plan? but now have the battle against Miku, thus closes the arc and start the last arc of the anime |

| This episode lacks...impact. They jumped straight into events, had jarring moments of silence and there just wasn't any intensity D: I don't understand why they would have a filler at the start then rush the actual story. I really hope they do the rest properly and not end on another lame filler. I still liked the episode, especially with the reappearance of my favourite spirit, just sad that it could've been so much better. At least there will be more Kurumi time <3 |
