| Now we're at the stage where characters who started out as background/supporting, really feel like main cast members. Which is good because we have separate stories going on in different places and I'm fully invested in all of it |

| Gluttony throwing fits of rage due to Lust's death but being so nonchalant about swallowing Envy is odd. Did the two not get along or something? We've never been shown something of the sort. Roy just dived headfirst into the matter without any planning or measures. So much for being tactical. 3.5/5 |

| Gluttony went berserk, eh? Good episode, but the best was that dramatic ending, though. |
| Gluttony's stomach is just like the Gaping Dragon in Dark Souls~ Envy was so overpowered, being able to turn any of his body parts into just about anything but Ling's cheap tricks and self-defense skills that were acquired from the repeated assassination attempts on him were impressive enough for him to hold out long enough until the Elric Brothers came crashing their fight. It didn't end well for them though, with everyone left in the scene except for Alphonse getting vaporized by Gluttony's stomach beam. Mustang tried to subtly mention the idea that Bradley's a Homunculus to General Raven thinking that he might help but he found out that the whole upper echelon's part of the problem the hard way. I wonder how he'll get himself out of that one. |

| love envy!!!!! (but seeing him made me miss lust) but wow this show is getting almost scary, gluttony's design and seeing ed in the pool of blood was so freaky i love roy mustang sm, he is a Very Great Guy. also love the dynamic he has with ed/al and his relationship with riza, they cute. he is in deep shit now, i just hope he makes it out eeeek |

| that was a pretty slow episode. The "sacrifice" gimmick is really working in favor of Ed and Al, still hoping its importance will be cleared up later. I really wish the plot wouldn't move so fast from one plot point to the next and give the characters some time away from the action to see what they're like when they're not focused on progressing the plot (2003 balanced this flawlessly, even Hunter x Hunter did it very well) |
| ofc Ed doesn't die but just gets swallowed and survives, I'm sure THIS won't turn out to be a necessary convenience that ends up working out in his favor... |

| Gluttony is really really really pissed off with Mustang for killing Lust and Envy pretty much joined the party. At least we know that Dr Marco is alright but unfortunately it seems the Homunculi have been torturing him down in their little corner of the military’s base. Speaking of the military it looks like Roy found out the hard way that the military were traitors and were in on the secret about King Bradley being Wrath. Ed’s been swallowed by Gluttony just a lot to unpack in one episode and the one thing is that Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is good at, is keeping you gripped at the edge of your seat as well as throwing in plot twists that you won’t expecting to happen making the story itself more engaging. Such a great episode all around I’d say. |
