No filler, faster pace, new music, new voice actors, changed the aspect ratio. And while you don't think it's interesting enough to watch again, maybe others do. Just a thought.

Over and over again?

They've only done it once, this is a continuation.

^Those two posts gave the best answer you're gonna get. That, and it hits really high on the ratings in Japan. Hell, Toriko was one of the top 10 highest rated shows and they took it off the air to broadcast this in that timeslot.
It's really like asking why Sazae-san is still running, because people watch it.

Why does Disney "open the vault" and remaster and sell their movies over and over?

Money, they know they can sell and merchandise using nostalgia for fans and pick up new audience with the younger generation which may have missed/not been born for something a lot consider classic.

This is not a negative thing. We get remastered fast paced DBZ. If fans are not interested so be it, no big deal.

Plus Dragon Ball defined an entire generation, so the kids who grew up on Dragon Ball are now old enough to watch it with their children. Though a bit dated, DB is still the best battle animation of all time, Toriyama's art and fluidity of motion is something that really never will go out of style, so kids nowadays can watch it and enjoy it (unlike most things their parent's are nostalgic over). And even better they cut all the crap that they had added to milk and extra couple of seasons out of it. Can't beat that.

Does this really need to be asked? I mean come on man, Dragon Ball is a timeless classic. It was the gateway to anime for many of us. I still think it's a great show after all this time, very funny, great characters and awesome action. I've been enjoying these new Kai episodes I love this saga because it's more lighthearted than the other arcs in Dragon Ball Z. Plus I find Mr. Satan hilarious, so I'm definitely enjoying this.

No filler.

Consider my interests piqued as someone who watched a few episodes back in the day but never an entire saga.

They took the first 200 episodes and cut them down to 100, so it should be much easier.
