@korrvo Sounds like Alicia from misfits! Guess the down side would be the same as hers. You can't turn it off. When you touch someone whether you like it or not they become like a horny animal and cant stop themselves from doing stuff to you. Therefore if you ever seriously wanted to be with someone you wouldn't be able to touch them...
