I dislike that school usually involves studying specific things at specific times; it is very restrictive and inflexible. School does not accommodate spontaneous interdisciplinary research, which is my preferred learning method.

As a black dude I tend to agree. Though their behavior is due in large part to their upbringing and history, replace any other race with the same history, culture and upbringing and you'll see them act the same way. Actually what pisses me off more is when white people try to act like them when they aren't. Some are like them, but most aren't.
