| Looks like the two are finally getting along. Even if I find him adorable, I still have to get used to Hinata's voice. His voice kind of annoys me somehow. Also, Tsukki (Tsookie? What the hell?) is good-looking and all, but he's such an ass for insulting Kageyama like that. |

| I loved the dynamic between Kuroko and Kagami. I can already see this one being just as great. The side characters seem interesting in that there is more of a rivalry among teammates in this show. Loving the visuals as well as the editing so far as well. |

| I wonder what the other 2 first year students will bring to the team because it's safe to assume that Kage and Hinata will be the Setter and Spiker of the team. That was so awesome seeing Hinata get his first toss from Kage :D Definitely solid story telling so far! |

| This episode entailed a miniature character arc and some development for both Hinata and Kageyama. At the start Kageyama viewed Hinata as useless, as someone he would avoid passing to no matter what. But throughout it he saw how hard Hinata was practicing with Suga at lunch, he saw him peaking through the window to copy the stretches, and he decided to give him a chance since he was trying so hard. And once they started practicing together he saw what he had seen back in episode one once again, that refusal to give up until the only path left is destroyed, "ONE MORE!!!" It ended with the practice they put in both improving Hinata enough and showing Kageyama why he's worth tossing to, a toss that symbolically spoke that he finally see's him as someone 'essential to toss to, to win'. It was cute and inspiring, I've enjoyed the duo's relationship so far. Seeing them refuse to even lose in a race among each other is great. "Hey, we're going to win!". I can already see Daichi's plan in action. Kageyama will become more of a team player bonding with Hinata, and Hinata will gain the skills he lacks by playing and competing with such a skilled athlete. I find it pretty interesting how Hinata is good at jumping, spiking, mental composure and will power, and endurance but is lackluster in other areas. He's like a puzzle which needs to be slowly filled in even though he's already got quite the foundation. So the king lost his crown and his followers couldn't take his arrogance anymore it seems. The title King may just be a bitter reminder of his loss. It's so meaningful to him that he won't even fight back against Tsukishima. Luckily Hinata stood up for him while he was wallowing in shame(?) instead. Tsukishima complained about people who were far too worked up for no reason, yet he literally pretends to be the most generic and intimidating shounen villain ever. He grabbed the ball from Hinata and insulted Kageyama over and over while stating they're too intense. Speak about hypocrisy, I already don't like him. This is a blast if you enjoy shounen tropes and earnest try hard characters growing together. |

Looks like the "who has the biggest rivalry while being on the same team" award is already shifting after just three episodes. I expect that type of conflict to be around in various forms for most of this show's run. |

| A good episode of training! Things are going as it should. I get a bad feeling for these first years but I don't think they are bad (but show off). However the duo has improved a lot. Looks like they will put a good fight. That jumping thing is really out of the world. An unthinkable advantage the duo gets here. Hope the next ep will show the match and I feel like this is going be enough to satisfy the thrill hunger! |

| now that tsukki guy came in, kagemaya is much more bearable. just kidding, he starting grew on me in this one. shou's face when kagamaya tossed to him xDD still love the simple setting, together with the pace this anime is good so far. though i will except for some bombast moments and good pace on the tense games though. |
| Ah yeah bb we got the protagonist with never give up powers. What's more is we got that made bro/fight-sexual energy where the only way these first years ever get off is in a super dramatic volleyball game. |
