And Goten being able to change into a SSJ before knowing how to fly is so funny. Goku's 10 ton scene was lol. I don't remember Videl being so tsundere XD (Not that I'm complaining :3) Tomboy mode activate XD And Chichi asking when they're getting married was hilarious XD And 18 is HOT as usual <3 Dat sexy voice :3 Nxt ep is one of my fav parts with the punching machine and how Vegeta blows it up XD |

| Man did they skip so many scenes in the Gohan x Videl relationship. It was one of my favorite parts of this arc. :( I guess that I can understand it a bit since they're trying to cut as much as they can from this series. Still, it is definitely nostalgic to watch this all over again. |

| Yes I'm happy they kept in the stuff I wanted. Oh man dat Goten he just fires an ki blast like it was nothing and Gohan talks like that is an everyday occurrence. xD We are finally approaching it I can't wait for to unfold. |

| Pacing was really good in this episode , a lot of unnecessary scenes were cut but I wish 18 sparring with Krillin was kept and Ch Chi thinking Videl was going to marry Gohan at the Budokai Tenkaichi was kept. I'm still not really a fan of the music score but it is gradually growing on me. Damn you Gohan you should of never suggested Videl cut her hair, she was the cutest with her pony tails. |

I read the manga a few days back and this was adapted rather perfectly with a couple of differences here and there. |

| If I remember what little info has been given about the saiyan race as a whole correctly, the stronger you are the stronger your kids are when they're born. So when you consider the immense power levels of Goku and Vegeta by the time Goten and Trunks are conceived, it's only natural that they should be so strong already. Their power levels at birth were over 9000!!! LOL Nostalgia, nostalgia, nostalgia. I love seeing this without all of the fillers, it took so long for us to get to this point in DBZ! I must say, I'd forgotten how cute Videl was with long hair, she shouldn't have cut it. |

| Filler or not, I enjoyed those funny interactions they had in the original. I'll miss the extra things they added, but as long as they do a good job with the fights, then everything will be good. |
| Confession time: if you were a kid the first time you watched that gathering-ki-in-the-hands thing, you tried to do it (and you probably got terribly disappointed when it didn't work). It's pointless to try to deny it! Also, I feel kind of cheated that we never got to see Vegeta take Trunks to the amusement park. That would have been priceless. |

| i like videl more with long hair, though she's still better character than gohan here. and vegeta seems to have trouble with toriyama as everyone with the "legendery warrior" at the start becoming easy think :p |
| Gohan gets confronted with how weak he has become. Getting passed by the little squirts. I didn't know Chi Chi was such a gold-digger. The way I remember her she ALWAYS was like "Oh no, my little Gohan-chan can't fight. He has to study!" Seeing her do a 180 like that was surprising. Also, with Goku, Gohan and Goten all being in one spot in the future, I get the feeling having "3 Goku's" will be a bit too much. I really wish they'd look a bit different from eachother, but they're just carbon copies. When Trunks got punched by Vegeta, it made me laugh out loud. Classic Vegeta. XD I agree as well. Probably Toriyama figuring he didn't want to draw those twin tails, when getting into the tournament action. Easier to draw a generic, unmoving buzzcut. |
