| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That was fun. I am cheering for this newly assembled FT team tbh because they look ready to kick some serious ass in these games. Leon's team was also pretty awesome though. I don't think it's a good idea to underestimate any of the teams anyways like Kaguya's team. Hisui makes her appearance too. This arc is getting quite interesting. I think they added extended some of the scenes of the games too. Pretty good episode and setup for the final battles. Erza's that damn awesome. Looking forward to Gray vs. Rufus next time. This should be fun. |

| Mavis bringing out the big guns using her tactical knowledge. :D Lol Happy's suggestion, but Mira's was way better. Erza is too damn awesome. Gajeel knocked 'em out so easily lol. Fell into some place where no one has been able to get out of... pretty sure they'll find a way lol. Gray gets a rematch with Rufus :D Can't wait for that. |

| Mavis was really cool, didn't know she had such a nickname. Operation: Fairy Star! The strategy >.<. Natsu's team got captured, wonder what lies ahead in the death hall. I want like an OVA for Mavis!! The Fairy Tactician. Some Gray action next episode against Rufus. |

| All those percntages and F2 stuff; were way too mathematical. Mavis was way smarter than I thought she was. Can't wait to see how the animation Is going to look like when they start fighting. I hope It isn't going to be bad. |

| Operation: Fairy Star. Mavis, The Fairy Tactician. With her excellent strategies, Mavis has a very high chance of winning any war. She deserves being the first master. Erza's outfit is awesome and sexy. Quatro Cerberus or rather, Quatro Puppy and Blue Pegasus got wiped out. Better luck next time. We'll get to see Gray vs Rufus in the next episode! I'm excited to see Erza vs Kagura vs Minerva. As well as Laxus vs Jura/Orga. Hope it'll come soon. |

This made me check the manga again and the art difference is astonishing. Mashima manages to make a black-white drawing look miles better than the colored "animation" A-1 is pulling. |
| The animation is pathetic even compared to the original Fairy Tail.Feels like Natsu and Lucy have been given some more detail and others are just neglected. I cant watch this Juvia and Gajeel and omfg Kana is unwatchable really. Anyway, i loved this manga chapter with Tactician Mavis but i didnt feel the tension in this episode as i had in the manga. I hope i see better graphs to the battles to come, Bridge... |

| Nice episode,the fight seems to be off to a good start thanks to the Fairy Tactician.Quatro Puppy was easily taken out ( expected ) and Bacchus got sucker punched by Sting xD Looking forward to Gray and Rufus fight. |

| Mavis was really amazing running battle simulations in her head to help her team win the Grand Magic Games. It looks like 2 guilds are already so only the strongest are left. Another great episode and I can't wait for the next one. |

| The OP song is growing on me. Long recap, 4 min or so. It was nice to see Bacchus getting trolled again (A big shame) Laxus being badass there. The animators sure have something against Gray (just like Mashima), his badass scenes are average, and average ones are below average. |

| A lot of still frames in this episode, hopefully that will change when Kagura fights. Funny how someone who was on Erza's level before the seven year time skip gets one shot by Sting, someone who could not even hold a candle to Nastu two on one. Also, I like how Mavis is pretty much cheating. |
| Next battle should be interesting with Gray vs Rufus even tho we know the outcome,so Natsu and the others got traped in that Hell palace wonder how will they escape. |

| Pretty good. Animation was just weird sometimes. Can't believe they used up 4 minutes for a recap. This is not Shingeki no Kyojin, damn it... I liked Mavis as the Fairy Tactician. |
