should i play FF12 next orrr replay Chrono Cross...hmmmmnnnn
edit: lol@poor ammy being scared in resident evil. i still get the creeps playing parasite eve in the dark alone just like i did when i played in when i was in middle school.
I KNOW RIGHT!? DX
My cousin let me borrow his copy of RE4 because i was the only one who could make any progress in the game XD
when shooting i only miss about 10% of the time, and thats because im screaming and freaking out xD
Without my cousin its hard to play by myself since hes usually sitting next to be being just as scared xDD and we like fly backwards and freak out LOL
As a Wii owner who is going insane not having any good "hardcore" games to play, is it good, I am going mad waiting for Smash.
I was skeptical of this at first but when the good reviews started coming in I decided to just go ahead and get it. I've only put in like two hours and I hear the whole thing (one playthrough) will last you 10 - 18 hours. The action is great and the boss battles are pretty awesome. The overworld is a little dull though. I don't think I mind it as much as most people but it can be tedious and as I said I haven't played that long. The humor is crude but it can be amusing when you are playing with your friends.
I really enjoy action/adventure games but in all honesty I haven't played many "hack-n-slash" games so I might not have a whole lot to compare with.
Don't get it if you don't want a short game, don't get it if you expect a free roaming like GTA, get it if you want some action, some laughs, and if you need something to play ;).
I'll keep ya up to date about it. Oh, and, apparently you unlock a "hard" mode after one playthrough so there is some replay value.
EDIT: I'm waiting for smash as well, preordered it a pretty long time ago :\
enjoying it. abour 20 hours in. much better than the last wild arms installment. only thing that irks me is the voice for the protaganist is the same as the english VA of naruto character sasuke. i mean i wouldnt mind to much if it was the angry voice side of sasuke but its a happy optimistic voice. kinda wierd. the other characters are enjoyable and so is the gameplay. story is pretty plain not to complicated or to simple but still playable. closest out of the whole series to wild arms 2 though.
- You pay an insane amount of money each month.
- The AI sucks, as most NPC's blindly follow eachother. They even have their own cult names.
- PVP sucks. When you PK someone the GM's jail your character.
Right now I'm working on Assassin's Creed for PS3 (finally, a use for the PS3 we got for Christmas~) and Final Fantasy III on the DS. I have such a huge backlog of games that after AC, I'll probably just get back to beating the FFs I own and then... work on the other games I haven't touched since buying. @_@;
I've been playing Final Fantasy XII for about two weeks and I just ordered Jump Ultimate Stars. I play Zelda: Phantom Hourglass or some virtual console games (Wii) on the side.
Oh, almost forgot. That doesn't include visual novels. Right now I'm playing Clannad (just finished Fuko's route). I've got Kanon and Little Busters! but I can't read Japanese. Just hoping that someone will start translating them soon. (or pick back up on Kanon.) I've also played AIR (finished Misuzu's route) and Narcissu but they're kinda on hold for now.
