| I want too play more Anime based games and I noticed that Vita and 3DS have more anime games. So which one do you prefer? I plan too buy most anime games and whatever caught my interest in both hand-held consoles. |

| the vita is a infinitely better system than the 3ds imo but it doesnt have any fucking games unless you plan on importing and playing the games in japanese. so with that said you should go with the 3ds, the 3ds is region locked though |

| If you generally like playing games, I'd get a 3DS. Jokes aside, 3DS really would be your best bet for what you want. Unless you want to use the remote play feature with the Vita. |

| I have both, and I prefer the Vita. The "no games" argument doesn't really hold up anymore, there have been a ton of new games and upcoming games this year. 3DS is better if you prefer Nintendo games, but for anime/niche games the Vita has a much better library. |

| Either would be a good choice. With the 3DS you get Fire Emblem, Bravely Default, and Shin Megami Tensei IV. With the Vita you'd get Persona 4: Golden, and all the PSP games plus PS classics. (Corpse Party, Persona 1-3, etc.) Including older games, Vita probably has a larger amount of "anime-ish" games. Personally that's what I chose, mainly because of Persona 4: Golden. |
| 3DS's game library is simply amazing and Super Smash Brothers and MH4U are coming soon. That being said, if you like better graphics and more anime games like Narmy said I'd say the PS Vita. Also as an added bonus for being a PS Plus member can land you free games monthly. My vote goes for the 3DS just because I think it has a better multiplayer experience (I play Monster Hunter with my brothers and GF) but if you want a powerful gaming system for single player games go for the PS Vita. |

| 3DS. The library between DS/3DS is pretty good. The only question is if you're from EU, then, well, good luck. Some of the games don't hit that region and you thank Nintendo for region-locking 3DS. Stuff like SMT IV etc. |
| Non-indie handheld games are pretty much made only by Japanese companies minus a handful, so yeah they're a bit more anime-y in general. If you had to buy one now, I'd probably go for the 3DS, simply because the Vita third-party support seems shaky. While Japan sees a fair number of games coming out for it, there's no guarantee any of them will make it to the West, especially in the coming years. The 3DS, on the other hand, at least is guaranteed first-party support for a few years. Some people like the Vita as a remote play machine, but that doesn't seem to be a concern for you. So I'd go for the 3DS for now, else take a wait-and-see approach. |
| I'd go with a psp if you can get custom firmware on it, Other than that 3ds. You should look at upcoming games and games out already then make your decision. |
