By the way - I hope NONE of you are like this:

Woman sits on boyfriend's toilet for 2 years
Girlfriend was physically stuck to the seat — her skin had grown around it

NESS CITY, Kan. - Deputies said a woman in western Kansas sat on her boyfriend's toilet for two years, and they're investigating whether she was mistreated.

Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple said a man called his office last month to report that something was wrong with his girlfriend.

Whipple said it appeared the 35-year-old Ness City woman’s skin had grown around the seat. She initially refused emergency medical services but was finally convinced by responders and her boyfriend that she needed to be checked out at a hospital.

Not counting times when I was sick (like when I got my molars out last summer, even then, I went out to get the last disc of Avatar: The Last Airbender, despite how drugged up on painkillers I was I actually drove, I just couldn't wait!), and just the times when I did so on purpose?

Probably 3-4 days during the summer a few times. Then again, there was a snowstorm once that made me rather trapped for a good 8 days or so (there was too much to bother trying to shovel it for a few days). Also likely to occur when a new game comes out, as soon as I get the said game, I'm likely to just hole myself up for a few days and play it non-stop (I've had two 14+ hour sessions with about 8 hours sleep inbetween over the course of two days. An awesome two days!)

A few weeks. But I was quite ill and bed-ridden, so I'm not sure that counts.

Not counting illnesses (when I've been stuck inside my own room for a week), probably 3-4 days? I don't exactly count. However, that's pretty extreme for me. I can stay in the house and not think about leaving for about a day, but once I reach the second or third day, I start to want to go out, even if it's to grab a coffee at the nearby Tim Hortons. It doesn't help that I live in the basement of a student house, where my space is limited to my tiny room and the kitchen =/

I can't remember a particularly long time at my own house, probably only a day or two. Last summer I stayed at the National Institute of Health for five days, it was just a followup to a operation where I wasn't bedridden at all, and I realized on the last day that I hadn't gone outside the whole time.

Maybe 3-4 days when I was doing really awful. It's not like I'm this huge social butterfly or anything. I just go crazy if I stay inside for too long.

A day or 2 maybe? I practically go out all the time even if just to have a wander around town for no real reason.

About 2 weeks, while I was on holiday in Japan.
Which left me with only 3 days to do all the sight seeing and shopping there, aha.

around 10-12 days. When you're on a gap year from study & don't have a job it's actually pretty easy.

I don't think I've ever spent more than about 3 days inside my house with out leaving it. This is because my mother would never allow it. She'd kick me out if I stayed in for too long.

Not long at all. There's always some stupid reason or not so stupid reason to leave my house for atleast 1second and that for almost every day.

I think a weekend is about the tops... I live practically 5 minutes walk from the town centre, so even if it's a 30 minute pop in to the local music store, I still get out of the house for the sake of getting out of the house.

....4 or 5 days I think. My dad practically dragged me out into the back garden to get my "daily and essential dose of vitamin D from the sun". I don't think he's quite caught on to the fact the the sun promotes the production of vitamin D, it doesn't create it. I'd much rather take my daily multi-vitamins than sit outside in the boiling sun.

I don't know how you could ever truly stay indoors for so long, I go stir crazy. Don;t you all at least take a walk or two every now and then just to break things up?

Illness aside, I've stayed, at most, four or five days cooped up in the house, and that was due to blizzard-like conditions that made it unreasonable to go outside.

Ever since I turned fifteen I've worked most everyday during summer breaks and a combination of school and work kept me away from the house the rest of the year. And even when I had a prolonged vacation, I still found some excuse to leave for a bit.

Two and a half months or so, during summer vacation. Good thing my body is screwed up and I don't gain weight even if I sit on my ass all day and drink four cans of mountain dew per day.

I'm antisocial.
